the left requires one foot in the world as it is and one foot in the world as it should be. you place both feet in the world as it should be and you’ll have no positive effect on the world. you place both feet in the world as it is and you’ll have no positive effect on the world.
ordinary Zionist take. why would this even be controversial? doesn’t every worthless ethno-nationalist maintain the same nazi-esque value system?
except AI is vastly more accurate than it was 6 months ago
seriously, what the fuck are any of you talking about?
people have this ‘elegant’ belief that AI will eat its own tail when all clear evidence points to quite the opposite
be an AI critic, not a coping idiot skeptic
To think people walking around going “don’t worry, AI will only collapse on itself as it astroturfs the internet in its own janky ass content”
you’re really so confident? As hallucinations plummet?
People get a very satisfying notion in their mind and won’t surrender it easily
When you see posts that are like “lease transfer. 2 roommates, 1 room. $1250 a month” and the place is the most ordinary plateau apartment ever it’s like I’m so sorry you signed your lease in 2022 but you are legit doomed

i went to bed and asked claude to paint an autumn tree overnight.
at around 4am, it realised that it didn't have some shades -- so it stopped and titrated its own paint: diluting red, sienna and madder step by step on a second palette, then measuring each pocket from a photo.
woke up to this beautiful watercolor painting. 303 brush marks, took about 4.5 hours 🍂 (still working on the speed)
