Worst thing about @AirCanada is that their #CustomerService is nonexistent. None of the agents or managers can do a thing to help a bad situation & they only take complaints via email! #DontFlyAirCanada
So I DM @AirCanada as requested and all they do is apologize once again. #wasteoftime #brutalservice

Another dissatisfied @AirCanada customer. Going home from our #honeymoon in #italy - flight was delayed 5hrs, not allowed on to our connecting flight & after 1hr waiting for the shuttle to the hotel AC booked us in we find out the hotel was full. #NeverAgain #WorstExperience

Dear @canadapostcorp I call BS on the delivery attempt by your "driver". No card was left & I've been home all day.
Remember Cory & Laurie in the Mornings on @ThePEAK? That was great. Miss them. Just saying... @coryashworth @LaurieLogan #bringthemback
