Grady Emerson, Baseball America’s 2026 High School Baseball Player Of The Year ⭐️
The No. 2 overall pick of the 2026 draft, Emerson is one of the most accomplished hitting prospects to come through the high school ranks in years, and becomes the fourth Player of the Year from the state of Texas.
He joins previous Texas honorees SS Bobby Witt Jr. (2019), RHP Homer Bailey (2004) and LHP Scott Kazmir (2002).

BASEBALL | Of the 62 second overall selections in the history of the MLB draft, Fort Worth Christian School's Grady Emerson was the ninth all-time from a Texas high school.
