ChatGPT Sites + MCP Events + dots is a really fun combination.
Here’s a toy example: I submit an image request through a Site → the Site sends an MCP event → my dot picks it up and generates the image.
Imagine the same flow for bug reports, support requests, or new sales leads. Build a Site around your workflow, send updates to your dot, and tell it what to do when they arrive.

Two weeks ago, our #DevDayCommunity meetup in Santiago explored Codex in practice: ProChile cutting a two-day task to 10 minutes, a power user’s stack and workflow, and Buk’s migration from Claude Code to Codex.

i know initial plugin reviews have been slow, BUT –
once you're in the directory, updates get reviewed much faster 🔥 and MCP updates happen automatically now!
it's only the initial submissions that have extra overhead on our side, which we're still hard at work on reducing.
Updated 2 of my ChatGPT plugin extensions and the review took only 1 hour.
This used to take weeks before...
Good job @mxstbr and team!

he's a dentist with a 3d printer, my neighbour and isn't on X...
so I've had to be his entire fan club.

Codex Composer is on another level. For anyone who was hating on Codex Composer, saying that Claude Code has had this for months, you need to try the ChatGPT desktop app. Your life will change!
The composer somehow remembers the rules and guardrails that I gave it throughout the conversation (and I have 30+ turn sessions).
It is terrifying to me how often it says word for word what I was about to type.

Just announced the CapCut plugin in ChatGPT onstage at the inaugural CapCut World conference in LA -- video editing done easily so you can spend more time on the creative decisions and moments that make your work unique.
We’re excited to announce our new CapCut plugin is coming soon to @ChatGPT at CapCutWorldLA.
The plugin brings CapCut's video editing and generation tools alongside ChatGPT. You can start with an idea in ChatGPT, bring it to life with the CapCut plugin right inside ChatGPT, then take your draft video to CapCut's web editor to refine, share and publish.
By bringing the CapCut product you already love and use in ChatGPT, we're making content creation more seamless and efficient.

243 people signed up for a 60-person AI meetup in my hometown. I honestly didn't expect this..
After attending OpenAI DevDay in San Francisco, I wanted to bring that same energy back to Suwon, South Korea.
Yesterday, 59 of us came together. Developers, designers, creators, students, and people who had never written a line of code.
We shared what we'd built with Codex, tried live AI demos, and connected over our love of AI.
I was worried people might feel awkward meeting strangers. Instead, their biggest complaint was that we didn't have enough time to talk.
That meant more to me than anything.
AI communities don't have to exist only in major tech hubs.
Sometimes, all people need is a place to find each other.
And this is just the beginning. ❤️
Huge thanks to OpenAI, our speakers, volunteers, and everyone who made this possible!
