Because it’s for people that wanted to know more about the city itself. Really liked having it take you to specific locations and giving context to certain events. Didn’t care for Haze’s inclusion as much tho but the fact that it has a story at all is neat

I think in the future CDPR should include tour points like this in the city but instead of making it a quest have it just exist in the world that the player can stumble on periodically
