The obvious thing that is not said about this Norwegian lady is in the photo nothing to do with diet. She is chopping fire wood with an axe. If you have ever chopped fire wood you are doing hard physical labour. By the way no one chops fire wood sitting down. You miss the log

Actually one of the things I did today is to sort my medication out. I am not that organised they are just in a box and take them. A while ago I missed my antidepressant for about a week and I felt very unwell without in a few days. I don't want to feel like this again. So

Had a coffee with my Austrian friend he works in mental health project. I asked him is anything practical being done about emergency preparedness for people with mental illness as the whole thing is anxiety provoking. He's says nothing so he's going to raise the matter. I said

Practical I have counted what I have. I have put 14 days aside for an emergency and a copy of all my prescription meds put them with my other stuff that can be found quickly. Last thing the NHS needs or pharmacist a patient panicking because there's a crisis. There's 14 days

In Ryhope in the 70s we had elocution lessons with the sisters of Mercy.... mind you we needed it as we weren't speaking English at home we were speaking Pitmatic and dialect. The sisters of Mercy obviously were thinking the long game..we have to get these children speaking

to him I had just read about the European Commission raising the issue re disabled people and people who are ill. People are not to be left behind, included for participation etc.

My mam went posh one Christmas she had avocado with prawn marie rose sauce.... well my dad army chef made it from scratch.. might have been the posh Christmas when my mam upped the game moved from blue nun wine to Asti spumante...we were allowed a little wine as children well
