I visited Zylus Prime Resort in Sangotedo, and there’s quite a bit to look at.
₦85M for a buy-and-build opportunity, with a ₦10M initial deposit.
The interesting part? Its location near the ongoing Omu Creek Road and Bridge Project, and the development plans for the estate.
What do you think, will you consider Sangotedo for your next property investment, or would you look elsewhere in Lagos?
