For those saying in cities doesn't matter, even if you fall at 30kmph, hit your head it will split open. My friend's dad died in a city accident, scooter slipped and he wasn't speeding, just freak accident where he hit his head first.
The gov shouldn't bow down. These guys are behaving like kids. Even abroad, not just helmet, you are supposed to ride bikes with safety gear.
Forget motorbikes, I had to wear helmet while riding my bicycle and got fined once for not wearing it.
If they are winning to break their heads, why to stop them. They should give undertaking that in case of any road accident and head injury, they will not claim any Mediclaim Insurance and also pay hospital bills from their own pocket. Their families will not claim any dead insurance also. Oh, sorry, in few policy insurance can be claimed for suicide also, so leave that point.
