What about every team in the country put it on the back of their jerseys starting from next week. With the poor souls we have lost to SADS and with the GAA doing nothing financially about it for it’s members the Dillon Quirke foundation is amazing and should be supported by all

I cannot see a justifiable reason not to allow the teams wear the Dillon Quirke shirts today. You’d nearly have loved to have seen them defy the instruction and do it anyway. The only benefit is that the Foundation has got loads of coverage out of a badly judged edict

Ladies’ inter county and club format works with senior, intermediate and junior, so teams are playing at a level consistent with their relative standing. Only tradition of the provincial championships and provincial council self interest blocking re-engineering of competitions.
