🚨 BREAKING: Tom Homan announces a major plan has cleared HSI and is now moving up the chain to not only MAKE ARRESTS at worksites but hold the EMPLOYERS ACCOUNTABLE for hiring illegals instead of Americans
LONG OVERDUE! 🇺🇸
"Worksite enforcement plan just cleared last week out of HSI...not JUST enforcement but those who use fraudulent IDs, and for employers knowingly hiring illegal aliens! It's about holding EMPLOYERS accountable so they don't keep employing illegal aliens!"
"[Sec. Mullin] will probably see it this week or next week. I'm all for it. Worksite enforcement needs to happen. We need to send a MESSAGE."
One thing that the midterms CAN'T change is whether or not ICE is aggressively deporting thousands daily!
We need the companies who hire illegals to face massive scrutiny, JUST like the ones who game the H1B system
Cheap illegal labor is a MASSIVE issue alongside so-called "legal" labor gamed by big companies.
EXECUTE THE PLAN ASAP!
The American people support this.

The program needs to be destroyed and rebuilt, it's been exploited for way too long. I work at a MAG7 and my office in Dallas feels like Mumbai.

This is a fight worth fighting. These companies think they control this country and happily import scab labor. It must end

You sir, are an American hero. Thank you for not accepting Americans being let go while foreigners on work visas are continuing to be hired.

Microsoft is a huge national security threat, so long as they have overseas offices.

This was an "F you" to Americans. Their plan is to run the company into the ground as they turn it into a 100% Indian scammer avenue to green cards.

Anthony, Microsoft is only the 1st domino.
These big tech companies are crushing American Jobs, but not H1Bs.
But it doesnt stop there.
They are also building huge tech villages in India.
They plan on keeping these H1Bs employed, just "over there".
This needs resolution ASAP.

How is Microsoft considered an American Company when there is Very ltl American Bodies that work for the Company?
Then how is Microsoft not a National Security Threat to the Unitrd States of America?

At this point all of the management at Microsoft needs to be investigated for their foreign worker importing practices. Especially since they have so many government contracts. It is a blatant national Security risk

🚨 THIS IS EXACTLY THE SCRUTINY MICROSOFT NEEDS.
Microsoft reportedly offers buyouts to roughly 60,000 employees.
Days later, its Cloud + AI chief talks about bringing MORE foreign talent into America.
And now the Labor Department’s Inspector General is publicly pushing back.
Here’s the question Microsoft needs to answer:
How many qualified Americans are being encouraged to leave while the company continues sponsoring foreign workers for comparable jobs?
Glad to see federal watchdogs asking tough questions.

@DHSgov @SecMullinDHS How many contract workers on H1/H4/L1/L1/OPT/CPT working through IT bodyshops at the agency?
We know many working at @USDOL and other agencies which only advertises, hires and brings foreign visa workers! nitter.cf/ChillMode2345/status/2…

@Microsoft Microsoft not hiring local American talent, but hiring these +3500 F1 foreign students because they are already in the USA to save 7.5% FICA tax.
For this reason, US graduates are passed over in favor of foreign graduates on OPT/CPT, not necessarily because they are better qualified, but because they are cheaper for the employer to hire. At the same time, US companies effectively get workers who are pressured into working extra hours for the same salary/wages. These workers are less able to say no to excessive work demands because their immigration status and future employment prospects are tied to their jobs.
This creates another serious disadvantage for US graduates. Those first three critical years of professional experience are lost when they cannot secure entry-level employment, while foreign graduates on OPT/CPT accumulate experience, skills, promotions, and higher-level responsibilities. The resulting experience gap puts US graduates at a significant disadvantage later in their careers.
Furthermore, US companies can sponsor these OPT/CPT workers for H-1B visas, continuing the same employment relationship. The incentive remains because employers can expect these workers to accept additional work hours and demanding conditions that US workers may be more willing to reject.
Microsoft hires foreign F1 students with OPT+STEM work authorization and try to convert them to H1B after 3 years, or let them keep working full-time on Day1CPT programs for 3-4 more years with an online 2nd/3rd Master's degree.
When that savings is multiplied across even 3500+ new hires, it amounts to substantial money that goes directly to the company's bottom line. Equally, a foreign student will take that same job for 7-10% less than a citizen graduate because foreign students also do not pay FICA taxes either!
In effect, the system creates a labor-market advantage for employers by giving them access to foreign workers who are more dependent on maintaining their employment.
The result is a system in which US graduates lose opportunities to foreign graduates not because of differences in talent or qualifications, but because immigration-linked employment creates a lower-cost and more employer-dependent workforce.

This isn't isolated to Microsoft. American tech workers are being laid off while companies continue hiring H-1B workers, including workers from India. Here are your new overlords.

“Clarity”? Happy to translate.
Don’t screw American workers. Don’t use visa programs as a back door into our nation.
We were clear.
You were hoping we were kidding.
We’re not.
LEAKED: MICROSOFT'S CLOUD + AI CHIEF TELLS EMPLOYEES "WE WANT TO BRING MORE TALENT INTO THE UNITED STATES."
That is Scott Guthrie in his division's internal AMA, two days after Microsoft offered buyouts to about 60,000 employees and a week after the US Gov’t suspended their PERM filings.
He told visa and green card holders Microsoft will "continue to sponsor" them.
He said Microsoft is "working with the US administration to get clarity," and "we're not sure that everyone's looked at the right data."

We just found out that there were over 10,000 doctors with fake degrees in America, most likely all Indians.
Does anyone really think that Ghana, a country with an average IQ of 59, which is significantly lower than India, can produce quality nurses?
It’s just going to be more fraud.
Sen. Bernie Moreno is torching the Democratic mayor of Columbus for signing a partnership with Ghana to recruit foreign nurses into Ohio's healthcare workforce — funded with $225,000 in taxpayer money.
Moreno fired off a letter to Mayor Andrew Ginther Wednesday morning, arguing the city should be investing in Ohio's own nursing students instead of subsidizing overseas labor pipelines. He didn't stop at the $225K figure either, claiming Ginther has "lit on fire" approximately $8.3 million in public dollars "to benefit noncitizens and foreign governments" since taking office.
The Ohio senator urged the mayor to reallocate the funds toward expanding enrollment and training capacity at local colleges and universities, warning that publicly subsidized foreign recruitment will "likely negatively impact American nurses' wages."

This should really PISS YOU OFF!
3,920,030 illegals were given Social Security and Medicaid in the 4 Biden years.
If each one of them was receiving $1800/mo that's$7,056,054,000 EVERY MONTH.

🚨 BREAKING: A new BOMBSHELL report from independent journalist @Conspiracookie reveals that Microsoft allegedly used an "escort" workaround to approve an India-based engineer to request logs from a U.S. government cloud systems.
The whistleblower believes the engineer NOT a U.S. citizen.
On October 8th, the Trump Administration suspended Microsoft’s green card program amid “multiple active investigations."
Two days ago, Microsoft offered buyouts to 60,000 employees to reduce American headcount.
It looks like Microsoft is once again UNDERCUTTING American workers while cutting corners on government security.
🚨BREAKING (EXCLUSIVE): National Security Concerns Leaked by MSFT Whistleblower
Leaked Microsoft screenshots show an India-based engineer received approval to view U.S. government cloud logs.
A Microsoft whistleblower contacted me and shared screenshots supporting allegations that Microsoft used its “escort” process to allow an India based engineer to access Government Community Cloud (GCC) systems. The whistleblower alleges the engineer is not a U.S. citizen.
Microsoft’s own published rules state that temporary elevated access to customer content in GCC requires verified U.S. citizenship. The escort model is the workaround the company uses so non-U.S. personnel can still direct the work.
The screenshots show Viraj Chokhany requesting and receiving approval for escort access to view logs in the DPRODMGD151 environment, which is part of Government Community Cloud Moderate — the cloud used by many federal, state, and local agencies.
In the escort process, a U.S. person is supposed to open the system while the India-based engineer guides the work.
The whistleblower believes this raises urgent national security concerns and may violate FedRAMP requirements.
Multiple Microsoft employees have reviewed the screenshots and confirmed they appear authentic. Viraj, has been confirmed to live in India-- Where he also attended and graduated college.
The whistleblower is working on a public statement. I will release the whistleblowers statement when I receive it.
Attached images are some of the screenshots that I received from the Whistleblower.
