Fruit is rated number one but "added unsaturated fat" also scores quite highly. Particularly in "intact physical function". I've not read it closely enough to see if that's a reference to joint health, arthritis or what ....

It is an interesting and, as yet to my knowledge, completely overlooked issue that, now 3 years after #LucyLetby's conviction, the hugely experienced local Consultant Perinatal Pathologists, whose original PMs were discounted, dismissed and completely over-ruled by Evans and...
Every baby has more logical & clinical reasons for collapse or sad death. All but one had an autopsy, the one due to consultant incompetence. All babies were found to have died of natural causes by expert neonatal pathologists, agreed by the coroner. #lucyletby harmed no babies.

Wow... that's SO not how discovery rules work The prosecution don't get to decide what will assist... they are called to give everything collected as part of the investigation INCLUDING and ESPECIALLY anything that might be exculpatory
NEW FOI INFO - The CPS admits its lawyers ruled that the obstetric records in the Lucy Letby case largely could NOT assist the defence, so withheld them. Numerous obstetricians post-trial have pointed to the vital nature of these notes. (1/8)

These disclosures can hardly come as any real surprise. The decision was, as I have always said, a complete and utter travesty and undermines what the #LucyLetby Trial Jury were told regarding the risk status of many of the indictment cases. The babies were NOT well and stable.

Safety in numbers: John Gibbs said #luctletby was wrong, it wasn’t a Gang of Four, it was a Gang of Seven that suspected her of murder. Stephen Brearey said the Gang of Seven created strength to take on the managers. But was ganging up on her strength or cowardice?

Pls RT: When a doctor's error causes the needless deaths of our children or loved one it changes our lives forever. When they lie, falsify medical records & cover up, it destroys our family life, as we have to fight for truth, justice, accountability & learning. RIP Robbie xx
Our niece has sent us this very special photo of Robbie & Ian with their twin cousins Beverly & Vicky in between them. It's impossible to put into words how much we love & miss them both and how losing them has changed our lives. RIP Robbie and Ian xx Love Mammy and Daddy. xx

All this to say: you are 100% correct that this undermines the Baby K case. Don't take it from me. That was the conclusion of the Special Crime Division of the Crown Prosecution Service.

Day 40 of the trial of Lucy Letby, as far as I can tell Professor Sally Kinsey introduces the concept of 'paradoxical' air embolism. Allegedly she would later turn ghostly white when she found out that "Jayaram's rash" was never recorded in his notes.

Aaaaaand Cultists' Choice award goes to... International Man of Mystery alleged former policeman Sargeant Joe! Not only did he fight the IRA in Northern Ireland as a member of the Irish guards as a youngster he managed to do it 20 years before all the other Irish guards too!🏆

TBT. The wise, late appeal court judge William Davis casts doubts over the legitimacy of Dr Ravi Jayaram's testimony. It remains to be seen if the CCRC and future appeal court will extend these doubts to lurid descriptions of stunning pink rashes.

I think Ravi ("pique their interest") Jayaram had a vague recollection of Baby K. It was never raised during the HR grievance. Post HR verdict the memory was upgraded to the point that it gave him "nightmares forever". #Letby

If one were to give Dr Brearey a taste of his own stats medicine. Ignore the issues with discrepant notes and lack of coroner reporting . To what extent can the procedure be justified as medically indicated ... then there's the reckless manner of execution

"There's nothing that I can offer you to take away that worry and fear". I interviewed @legalmarkmc for @NineteenNu45407 about how Lucy Letby is doing and what he might say to reassure nurses who worry they might be falsely accused after Thirlwall. youtu.be/Tm1f-Uj_btQ?si=3F4O…

Quiz of the day: What can you decipher ?? RCPCH notes - some clear references for example: a) on INQ0010124_0001- ‘core data (?) of one nurse - paediatrician (Brearey) sees as elephant in the room. Lucy Letby’ b) INQ001024_0006 ‘Steve (Brearey) - Things all ok till last June (2015) … identified one nurse present at all collapses’ c) INQ0010124_0009 ‘needed to put the nurse on day shifts not nights … keep a watch … No u/e (unexpected) collapses at night when she was on nights but collapses happened daytime … children senior manager O? was very defensive and pointed to docs (Drs?) who were there for all of them etc. All happy with (Letby) practices, record keeping and competences. Young no ( only parties?) children so always stepped up … perfectly nice. Good in a crisis. Always there’ So - over to you to decipher what else RCPCH wrote in their notes on Thirlwall: No prizes but will send a photo of Maris Piper …

When a narcissist-led group scapegoats an individual it is one of the most painful, destructive, debilitating, harmful experiences known to humanity. It often has the impact of war-based torture. The sense of isolation, depletion & pain is profound & may result in suicide.

Does he regret withholding crucial information about his failed needle procedure to the Coroner, which was his statutory duty to report? 🤔 🤷‍♀️ #LucyLetby
