The internet (as we know) id dying
Replying to @levelsio
Diving deeper: - In june cloudflare CEO reported that bots surpassed humans responding for 57% of web traffic The web architecture is shifting, websites must be designed and polished not necessarily for humans but for agents as well We are migrating from “software for humans” to “software for software” Dead internet theory is probably right. But it is not the end of the web, just the of it as we know it

Building online business (SaaS or whatever) IS NOT easy. Don't trust anyone trying to sell the opposite. But it is worthy

10 years of writing code and automations. And I have to admit: a Google Sheet with a few AppsScripts was the best marketing automation I ever needed.

If even uncle bob is not reading all code, maybe we shouldn't either

I’m significantly older than you. I started coding in the late 60s. My current strategy is to not read any of the code written by my agents. That’s the only way I can take advantage of their productivity. What I do instead is to surround the agents with extreme constraints. Unit tests, gherkin tests, QA procedures, quality metrics, mutation testing, test coverage, and a plethora of others. In the end, I have very high confidence in the code they produce because they’ve had to run the gauntlet of all of my constraints and tests.

We need more platforms to help finders to achieve early feedback. Validate Hunt is my small contribution, will continue to develop it on my spare time

Submitting a new SaaS to product directories is a must: yes or no?

I've created a platform to help indie hackers with idea validation. Fable 5 helped me with the front-end, and I must say it nailed it. validatehunt.com

Product Hunt fails completely at its purpose It’s not a product validation platform, and the scoring dynamics are pathetic

Few investments pay off as much as improving your app’s observability. A few hours of work that save you recurring stress every time you have to dig into why things aren’t working.

Because of salience bias, when someone you know wins the lottery you have an urge to play it. Many startups started this way.

if you're a startup founder just read this so I can sleep peacefully tonight most companies can get to $1M ARR with only two channels the channels you should pick from are - paid ads - cold email - cold DMs - founder led social the channels you should not pick from are - SEO - email newsletter - guesting on podcasts - youtube channel why you need revenue tomorrow, list one makes that happen list two makes revenue happen in the future they are long term investments that pay off 12 months from now this is the most common mistake I see founders make the framework to think about this with is how you think about personal finance when you're young, 80% of resources go to surviving and 20% to investment when you're old, 80% goes to investment and 20% to surviving apply this same idea to your young company gl hf "hey Claude code make a plan to do list 1 based on cody schneiders tweets"

This is excellent news. X is a great place for discussing ideas but the quantity of engagement bait makes it exhausting sometimes
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to improve Revenue Sharing and fix the incentives it created. The top earners today look very different from when we first ran this experiment — and that’s a good thing. For a long time, the program rewarded quantity more than originality. That created a cycle where aggregators and unoriginal content could outperform creators who were actually contributing something new to the platform. Ultimately, our goal is simple: reward the people who create content that makes X worth opening every day. We’re not done yet, but we’re getting closer.
