I and many others had to stand all the way from Birmingham to Leeds in the vestibule on @CrossCountryUK this week. The guard helpfully announced that we all needed to read the ticket t&c which entitle us to carriage but not a seat! Helpful 😵💫
Is photo proof @gwrhelp that I’ve just sat on the floor from Tiverton Parkway to Paddington DESPITE holding a first class ticket?I’ve just been told ( after queuing at your Padd tix office for 15 mins) that I need to write and request compensation! Could you make it any harder?

My grandad and uncle took me to watch Liverpool City when I was about 6 and we watched them from then on until they eventually folded as Prescot. I did play at Alt Park a couple of times in trials for the A team.
