I bet an enterprising UMD/Georgetown/etc grad student could do some field work and write a very interesting JMP on this.
Forget the Reflecting Pool. US Park Police say organized crime is operating on the National Mall, and no one's talking about it.

I’m definitely less freaked out by seeing someone on the street swinging an ax than I would have been a month ago.
Huntrx seems distressingly blasé about the deaths of hundreds of people on a crowded subway train, no? (No I haven’t been forced to watch K-Pop Demon Hunters hundreds of times over yet part week, why do you ask?)
Conditions are still dangerous. We call on @dcpublicschools to make the safe call before dinner time to align with the surrounding districts and close school for another day.

"Speed cameras are good urbanism", he weeps to himself, as he pays the $100 fine for going 51 in a 40, on a road clearly engineered for 65+.
Fun anti-dad micro aggression @ChildrensNatl : there are no men’s bathrooms on this floor, and the family restroom is closed. I guess it’s inconceivable that dads might be the ones accompanying their children to a medical appointment. 🤷♂️

Glad to see this in print (I won’t say “finally”, this one was actually pretty quick!). I’m not expecting to get a diff in diff picture like this in every project…
Replying to @JPubEcon
