1. Bitcoin's value for monetary economics has been examined well. Its microeconomics insights deserve broader attention. Bitcoin is a *great* case study for microeconomics classes. I could not find one to use, so I wrote it myself. Bitcoinomics 101đŸ‘‡đŸœ papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.

Since some ppl are blatantly lying about this fact: 74% said the Iran war was either “crucial” or “a major factor” in their vote. 3/4ths of the electorate. Don’t be gaslit by humiliated warmongers.

the CCP watching Democrats kneecap America's AI industry
Top of the Democratic agenda on day 1 needs to be a pause on advanced AI development, regulation of this out of control industry, and a ban on artificial superintelligence.

If Trump’s going to replace appointees like Hegseth, he should do it while he can still get the replacements confirmed in the Senate. Also, my Hegseth impeachment resolution is a much gentler version of what’s coming when Dem’s control Congress. They’ll have hearings & trials.
Trump told me this morning he intends to keep Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary: “I have every intention to keep him.” Trump acknowledged receiving calls from people unhappy with Hegseth, but said, “I get these calls, you know, about him. I don't understand why.” He also acknowledged it would be easier to confirm a new Defense Secretary before the Democrats take over the Senate in January.

Tonight’s outcome isn’t about placing faith in Democrats or socialist principles; it’s about holding Republicans accountable for betraying their promises. All Republicans had to do was: 1. put Americans First 2. not start another war 3. prosecute sex traffickers

A ‘hello world’ milestone for Project Suncatcher 🚀 After launching our prototype satellite a few weeks ago, we’ve now successfully sent a command up to orbit, booted up the TPU, ran the prompt, and received our first complete response back on earth - a haiku!

May the bloodthirsty warmongers, who push for a war that never ends, burn in hell!
Elon Musk warned about the Ukraine war years ago, and it's absolutely tragic how accurately he predicted the devastating cost of human lives from this conflict Back in October 2022, Elon didn't just call for peace. He actually proposed a peace plan involving UN-supervised votes in occupied regions, recognizing Crimea as Russian, guaranteeing its water supply, and Ukraine remaining neutral He warned that continuing this war would bring devastating death and destruction, with countless young Ukrainians and Russians losing their lives And look at what's happened since then More than 2 MILLION military casualties, entire cities destroyed, millions of people forced from their homes, and the war is still going on with no lasting peace Elon faced enormous backlash for proposing a path toward peace, but the human cost he warned about has become an absolutely horrifying reality And that's what makes this so tragic. These are human beings with parents, families, loved ones, and entire lives ahead of them, not disposable pieces on some geopolitical chessboard How many more young people have to die in trenches before ending this endless slaughter becomes just as important as deciding who wins the war? Elon saw the devastating human cost of a prolonged war coming years ago, and instead of taking his warning seriously, people attacked him for even putting a peace proposal on the table Just imagine how many lives could have been saved if a lasting peace had been reached years earlier How much more death and destruction will it take before ending this meat grinder becomes the priority??

Exactly
Elon Musk has made it clear from the very beginning that Starlink is for peaceful use, not long-range drone strikes. He deserves enormous credit for helping Ukraine stay connected through this war. His Starlink support was a major factor in why Ukraine was NOT overrun by Russia.

Correct. Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be. Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them. Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week. Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact. Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia. SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR. That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell. End of story.
STARLINK WORKS THE SAME WAY ITS ALWAYS WORKED. ITS NOT A WEAPONS SYSTEM, NO MATTER HOW MUCH UKRAINE WANTS IT TO BE.

FT reports that in early 2023 an unofficial channel floated a deal under which Putin agreed to pull Russian forces back to the pre-24 Feb 2022 line in exchange for Ukraine dropping NATO membership and recognising Russian control of Crimea (plus a land corridor). Zelenskyy and Yermak reportedly refused even to discuss territorial concessions, believing they could secure better terms on the battlefield. Mediators say the US also declined to back the channel. Participants later called it a missed chance for a settlement more favourable to Ukraine than what followed. Now, imagine how many lives would be saved, the energy sector would not be in ruins, the economy, democracy would be preserved if the deal happened back then... TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING, INUMAN. ft.com/content/dcb57f30-bbfe

He just described every war of the modern era.
What’s actually going on in Ukraine is that there is a massive incentive difference between the elites and the people. The former have grown very rich off the hundreds of billions flowing to Ukraine, while the latter’s children are conscripted to die in trenches.
