Am început cu o carte. The Art of Fighting, de Priya Parker, am auzit de ea de la Seth Godin. Ideea ei centrală mi se pare simplă și curajoasă. Conflictul nu e neapărat o ruptură. Poate fi o cale spre ceva mai bun, dacă știi cum să-l porți. Se poate cu cap. Se poate ca la carte.
