30 years ago, John Stossel asked why San Diego schools weren’t using Direct Instruction to address students’ struggles in reading and math.
The superintendent’s response? Classrooms should be “more than just worksheets and multiplication facts.”
When Stossel pointed out that kids weren’t mastering basic skills, she cited rising graduation rates.
His retort: “You’re graduating them, but they can’t read.”
Fast forward to today, the reflex remains the same: When students aren't academically proficient, deflect to gameable metrics.

“Georgia has a clear choice on Nov. 3. One candidate has already been tested by a crime crisis and answered with failure after failure.
The other has spent a lifetime proving that where you start doesn't determine where you finish, and he has a plan to make every Georgia neighborhood safer.”

I’m running for every Georgian who feels forgotten, overlooked, or left behind by the system and politicians, like Keisha Lance Bottoms, who stopped listening.
I have a plan and I’m ready to deliver, but I need you to VOTE.
THANK YOU, Statesboro!

I love Georgia, and I owe it a debt I can never fully repay. But I’m going to spend every single day trying.
From Forest Park to Carrollton, Dalton to Savannah, Baxley to Augusta, and everywhere in between, I have traveled this state, heard what’s on Georgians’ hearts, and answered their questions.
I’m doing this to make a difference in the lives of 11 million Georgians, and I’m asking for your vote so we can win big together.

"Educational malpractice." 🚨
That's how @HeatherPeske of @NCTQ describes colleges of education that still don't teach the science of reading.
And she's right. When a teacher prep program skips the science of reading, it fails twice:
❌ It fails the teacher, who never learns how to teach the most basic building block of a child's education.
❌ It fails every child who ends up in that teacher's classroom.
Then Ron Noble Jr. said the part that should make everyone furious:
📍 Your child's chance of learning to read depends on their ZIP code.
States with strong literacy laws are pulling ahead. A child in Alabama or Ohio has a better shot at reading than a child in New York or California.
Reading shouldn't depend on where you live. It's a right, not luck. 📚

The decisions made at the ballot box this November will shape the world our children inherit, which is why it matters so much that Christians speak up. It's not about left or right. It’s about upholding biblical truth and protecting freedom for generations to come.
Let your faith guide you at the polls. America remains one nation under God only as long as believers make their voices heard. Early voting ends Friday in Georgia, remind everyone you know what’s at stake. 🇺🇸🙏
“Say it with me: BAD MAYORS DON’T MAKE GOOD GOVERNORS” was the chant repeated along with @RickJacksonGA from the hugely enthusiastic crowd in Paulding County on Monday night! Georgians, you can vote today to secure your future by choosing @RickJacksonGA for Governor!

Today’s reminder:
BAD MAYORS DON’T MAKE GOOD GOVERNORS! The early voting polls are open NOW for you to VOTE for @RickJacksonGA!
Thank you, @RJC, for welcoming me to last night’s Get Out The Vote event.
We have 8 days, and a clear choice, Georgia.
Make your plan to VOTE EARLY, then call three people and help them make theirs. Tell them why this matters to you, to them, and to Georgia.

🚨WARNING TO AMERICA: This voter walked into the booth thinking about gas prices and groceries and then realized the real stakes are Dearborn, France, radical Islam, open borders, gender ideology, and a party that hates America, rewrites our history, and wants to erase the values we pass to our children.
She voted RED not because Republicans are perfect, but because you can’t fix a country that no longer exists. Voting BLUE is voting to end America.

🚨 NOW: Georgia governor candidate Rick Jackson just walked out on stage with President Trump and NAILED IT
"I need you to VOTE to make sure that Keisha Lance Bottoms doesn't DESTROY Georgia just like she did Atlanta!" 🎯
"BAD MAYORS DON'T MAKE GOOD GOVERNORS."
"As a healthcare person, I really want people to understand this is a huge deal to get the [Trump] most favored nation among pharmacy. We have been ripped off forever and this man solved that problem!" 🇺🇸
Time for Georgia to vote Rick Jackson for governor and MIKE COLLINS for Senate!
Ossoff has been a disaster, and Bottoms would BE a disaster.
Trump came here because he knows his presence can energize voters who otherwise WOULDN'T VOTE
We won it in 2024 and we must win it again in 2026!
