Its not really by skin color though, thats just how these people like to frame it, because they're mostly pandering to idiots.
Its more about culture and intelligence than anything. 3rd world or "developing nations" have bad low trust society culture.
Entire lives spent just trying to survive by any means possible develops beaviors that arent compatible and dont change just because that person is standing on different dirt.
The intelligence thing is a different story. Maybe the intelligence difference is from bad diet or too many diseases or whatever. Im not an ethnobiologist, but theres a clear difference between western people and 3rd world people.
These are the reasons people dislike others, the different skin color thing is a cheat code to try to make everyone disregard the entire topic and to discount legitimate complaints.
The term "racism" or "racist" is from the Wilson era progressives. Its a word designed to control people's behavior in a way thats beneficial for the controllers.

The employee who leaked this clip of the meeting to me was one of many who have expressed concerns to me. Multiple Microsoft employees have told me they feel as though MSFT doesn’t give them the same amount of respect and care.
Many Microsoft employees are asking why H-1B workers aren’t the first to be cut during a downsize since MSFT claims none of the downsizing is performance based.
Employees are curious why American workers aren’t being put first in the United States.
