Thank you, Senator @TIDEVINE .
@AnnieAndrewsMD is the right choice for South Carolina right now.
She has the education. She has the priorities. She has the ability to work across the aisle.
Let's make this happen, South Carolina. Get out there and vote!
Proud to stand with my Sister Senator @SenatorShealy as we stand in support of @AnnieAndrewsMD for US Senate.
We need to put people or partisanship and prioritize South Carolinians over Washington. We can do this!!!!

Easy choice: A child handed a Senate seat she’s unqualified for vs a professional grown up.
THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE SUMMARY IN TWO LINES:
🔴DARLINE GRAHAM: "KISS MY ASS."
🔵DR. ANNIE ANDREWS: "I'LL SAVE YOUR HOSPITALS."
Dr. Andrews is a peditrician who's #1 priority is stopping the Medicaid cuts.

Fox tried every little “gotcha” they could think of and @AnnieAndrewsMD held her own and knew her stuff.
She’s been to every single one of SC’s 46 counties and she is laser focused on what matters to the people, not the pundits!
PEDIATRICIAN BACKGROUND: "I’m a board-certified pediatrician... I’m also proud of the work I did in the gun violence prevention space. My role at Everytown was actually to develop a program to educate medical students on how to talk to parents about the importance of secure firearm storage... It really only took one of those tragedies to compel me to want to do something." @AnnieAndrewsMD
The truth about Annie Andrews: Her primary profession is as a pediatrician. She supports the Second Amendment but wants to be sure that children are safe from firearm violence in schools.
There. Fixed it for you.
The truth about Annie Andrews: Her primary profession is as a gun control activist. She wants to gut the Second Amendment and confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens.
I will always protect South Carolinians' right to keep and bear arms. breitbart.com/politics/2026/…
I saw about 10 kids with the flu this weekend. One had gotten a flu shot. She was sitting up and chatting with me but had a cough. The others were unvaccinated. They were lying on the exam table, miserable, febrile, coughing and not wanting to move. Anecdotal but also compelling.

It takes five seconds to invent a lie.
Five minutes to share it.
Five hours to explain why it's wrong.
And five years to convince people it was a lie.
Spoiler alert: That food that you're growing, and that livestock that you're raising? It has mRNA in it. Lots of it.
Replying to @atensnut
mRNA needs to be permanently banned from the US. No exceptions.
People think I'm nuts for growing my own food, raising my own small livestock, and/or only buying from local farms. Our food supply has been tainted for decades.
Pediatrician take:
True Threat- children going to school and being at risk of being shot.
Not a True Threat- children going to school as one gender and coming home as another.
We need to pay attention to the true threat.
Truth.
Legitimate scientific research is given absolutely no credibility.
"I did my research" opinions from Tik Tok and You Tube are treated like the Gospel.
We are in a whole lot of trouble here.

Imagine refusing to fly because airplanes are designed by engineers. Then boarding a homemade aircraft because it's "natural."
Welcome to MAHA health advice.
“If your surgeon said that appendectomies are not his thing, would you still hand him a scalpel?” Dr. Annie Andrews on Senator Graham’s admission that national security is “not her thing.” #SCSenateDebate
No, Senator Graham, it’s not that @AnnieAndrewsMD doesn’t support rural hospitals. She definitely does. She dislikes the “Big Beautiful Bill” because it strips millions from SC Medicaid and takes health care away from SC children and people with disabilities. #SCSenateDebate
Just to clarify: Dr. Annie Andrews is a pediatrician running for Senate. She will work for families and children in South Carolina. She deserves far better than these comments from our president. We all deserve far better than this. yahoo.com/news/politics/arti… via @@YahooNews

Here’s what the media doesn’t tell you about the caricature of Israel you have in your mind.
In less than two hours, over 7 million Jewish Israelis will mark Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish calendar. Some will go to synagogue. Some will go to the beach. Nobody will drive unless they have to. Many will not eat or drink for 25 hours, religious or not.
Then you have over 2 million Arab Israelis who will go on with their lives as usual. Many will not drive in mixed cities out of respect for their Jewish neighbors. Nobody will drive in Jewish neighborhoods. And the hospitals will only be filled with Arab doctors and nurses to let their Jewish colleagues observe the day at home. (The opposite happens on Ramadan.)
Not long ago I went out to run a few last-minute errands before the holiday begins. Every Arab I interacted with – at the dry cleaners, in the supermarket, in the elevator – wished me an easy fast.
Every one.
It happens every holiday. Any holiday. Their holidays and ours.
This is the real Israel. A country filled with Jews and Arabs that get along better than anywhere else on this planet, that nobody shows you because it’s simply not newsworthy.
It’s everyday life.
To all those who observe – have an easy fast.

One of my favorite statements is "Vaccines are a victim of their own success."
We prevented the disease and people forgot the disease.
In a previous world, we would quickly pivot and embrace the vaccine again.
We don't live in that world anymore.
So a child would need 10 shots to receive the same protection from measles that they currently get in 2 shots. With absolutely no evidence (or expectation based on true science) of any benefit from the new schedule.
I am a pediatrician.
Someone please make it make sense.

I attended a medical conference this week. Next to me in the coffee line was a woman wearing a hijab. She introduced herself as an international surgical fellow at a major medical school (a big deal).
I asked which country she’s from. She proudly said “Israel!”
She’s lived in Israel her entire life, as a practicing devout Muslim woman. Was educated there. Became a physician, then a surgeon, and made it to the US for a prestigious 2 year fellowship. And she’s absolutely proud to be Israeli.
She told me how surprised she is when some people react negatively to her being from Israel because she and her family are treated with respect and given every opportunity.
Sounds like Israel isn’t so great at the apartheid and genocide thing. 🇮🇱

Conservative @GeorgeWill supports Dem South Carolina US Senate candidate @AnnieAndrewsMD: “In 1860, this was the first state to vote for secession. The Civil War’s first shots were fired here. This year, South Carolinians can demonstrate political independence by electing Democrat Annie Andrews. She is a 45-year-old mother of three and a pediatrician who likes children and wants to be in the U.S. Senate.” washingtonpost.com/opinions/…

If a patient with comorbidities was injured and died following a car crash, we would find it ludicrous to say, “Well, they were dying anyway,” or “They didn’t die FROM a car crash, they just died WITH a car crash.”
But welcome to public health in 2026.
