Desde 2022 se conocía el potencial impacto de la IA sobre BPO y shared services. En junio de 2024 se publicó Situational Awareness. En septiembre, The Intelligence Age. Estamos en 2026. Tuvimos cuatro años. O, si quieren ser conservadores, dos. Tiempo para preparar al país ante un posible impacto laboral en sectores que sostienen empleos relativamente bien remunerados y una parte importante del consumo interno. No podemos decir que esto nos tomó por sorpresa. Costa Rica necesita un Acuerdo Nacional sobre Inteligencia Artificial. Ya.
