How to tell that a company hasn't user tested its products. Do I, or do I not remove the fill caps to charge this battery? A quick read vs a detailed read yields *very* different results imo

Hey @Apereo this isn't something you want in your conference registration system. If nothing else, it's likely illegal in more than one jurisdiction. This would be a show stopper if I wasn't locked into presenting already.

Hey @canadaposthelps how is it that @USPS has better tracking on my incoming parcel? It's 2021, 'multiple pin' should not be a thing. Genuinely curious to see if I actually get it today since it says I've been notified - and that's a damned dirty lie.
