Women may experience more pain and yet receive less treatment. A study analyzing 21,851 emergency-room cases across two countries found that women were less likely than men to receive pain medication for similar complaints. The disturbing twist? The bias appeared among both male and female clinicians. Biology may influence pain, but human perception influences whether it gets treated. Same pain score. Different treatment. Every year JAMB arranges exam for millions of candidates. Last year alone 2,036,000 candidates registered and sat for the exam. We all are sure that quite a number (not all who registered and took the exam) will gain admission into the university. Yet so many paid and sat for the exam. When we think about it, just calculate in the average of NGN 7000 * 2,000,000 candidates it's around 14 billion in naira😱😱🙆🙆 so every year, Nigeria makes 14 billions and more from JAMB that will expire that same year o. We are not talking about the money you'll spend in the university or college as the case maybe. Then afterwards you will need a CV with 15 years of experience to get a job that will take you 100 years to recover the money you spent in the university unless you are highly connected or have a generational wealth. Now that's the biggest scam committed against Nigerians 🥹. But some will cry and wail because you have to pay some money to learn a skill. Learn a skill oh, learn a skill. Even if at the end you don't depend on it for your bills at least learn it. ❤️❤️❤️ I come in peace o😂😂✌️✌️ Udo.

They had been married for twelve years when she stopped letting him touch her hair. He noticed it one morning while she was getting ready for work. She moved his hand away without looking at him. He did not ask why. He simply stopped trying. For years they continued as they had always done. They paid bills together. They attended family events. They slept in the same bed but on opposite sides. When their friends asked how they were doing he would say they were fine. She would smile and say the same. He began to keep a small record of the things she no longer did. She no longer waited for him to eat. She no longer asked about his day. She no longer reached for him in the dark. One evening he came home and found her sitting with an old photo album. She closed it when he entered. He asked if everything was all right. She said yes. Three weeks later her younger sister called him. She said their mother was in the hospital and wanted to see both of them. They went together. In the corridor the sister pulled him aside and said, “She told me something last night. I think you should hear it from her, not from me.” Their mother was weak but clear. She looked at her daughter and then at him. She said that twenty years ago, before the marriage, her daughter had given birth to a child. The child had been given to a couple in another state. She had never told him because she was afraid he would leave. He stood there and listened. His wife did not look at him. She looked at the floor. On the way home neither of them spoke. That night she finally told him the rest. The man she had been seeing before they married was the one who arranged the adoption. She had kept in touch with him for years. Not because she loved him. Because he was the only person who knew where the child was. He asked if she had ever wanted to find the child. She said yes. She said she had been too ashamed to ask him for help. She said she had been waiting for the right time. The right time had never come. He did not shout. He did not pack a bag. He simply moved his things into the spare room the next morning. Their daughter, who was now fifteen, asked why Daddy was sleeping in the other room. He told her the bed was better for his back. She seemed to believe him. Months have passed. His wife still cooks. She still asks if he needs anything before she leaves for work. He answers. He has not asked to see any of the papers. She has not offered them. Some nights he hears her crying softly. He does not go to her. And she has not asked him to.

Some people focus on how you struggle instead of offering a hand. Their criticism says more about them than you.

90% of the ladies condemning this woman would do worse than her 😔 😟 Naija women and hypocrisy are like 5&6. To me the maid look happy and neat 😊 that's all that matters. Wearing to-match with her madam's kids is secondary. Once there're no bruises, scars and injuries we good.
It is very easy to spot a maid, when it gets to her turn the stones to design her dress finished 😭 Women will always be women

Let’s be honest: The government isn’t hunting down drug lords who owns places like this because it’s the right thing to do. They do it because drugs generate the kind of money that can make a group of people powerful enough to challenge the government itself.
Imagine living in the Amazon forest with iron roofs- Cartel bosses producing their drugs peacefully 😂
