ICE now claims that he obtained his green card fraudulently by failing to disclose a 2004 arrest for theft. His daughter says they are lying—that everything was properly disclosed and legally approved. Emiliano Andrade-Covarrubias lived in Dallas, Texas for more than 30 years.
