NOT a Texas father!
He is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Mali with a final order of removal from a judge, who said he’s homosexual in order to dodge deportation - despite having a wife and two kids at home.
Wonder why @60Minutes didn’t ask him about that.
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r
BOOM!! … THEY TOLD HIM TO SUE THEM. SO HE DID! 🔥
A citizen stood before a city council reading directly from a SUPREME COURT ruling.
Apparently, the council didn’t like what they were hearing and threatened him with ARREST!
The Chief told him to come back with a lawsuit.
BIG MISTAKE.
HE DID EXACTLY THAT! 🔥
NEVER let intimidation silence your voice!

🚨NEW VOTING RULES: Premier Danielle Smith says Alberta will move forward with requiring proof of Canadian citizenship to vote in provincial elections.
The change follows Albertans voting in favour of the proposal in Monday’s referendum.

Tomorrow, Alberta votes.
The question: stay as a province of Canada, or start the legal process toward a binding referendum on independence.
If Option 2 wins, that second vote could come as early as 2027.
The map of North America could start to change tomorrow.

FEAR OR RESPECT? THIS MAN CHOSE RESPECT.
Most people would run the other way if they saw a stingray this size. This man got down on his knees, carefully removed a fishing hook from its mouth, and returned it to the ocean.
Stingrays can be dangerous when threatened, but they’re not out looking to hurt people.
What impressed me wasn’t just his courage. It was his patience and compassion for a creature that couldn’t help itself.
Sometimes respecting nature means helping it survive, not fearing it.
