🚨 Russell Brand is sitting in a cell tonight over claims from up to 22 years ago.
Look at what actually happened.
He faced 7 charges from six women, dating back as far as 1999.
The jury threw out three of them, including two of the three rape counts.
He denied every single one.
What's left are accounts from 2004 to 2009 that nobody took to police at the time.
How does anyone defend themselves against a night from two decades ago?
Memories fade, witnesses scatter, and texts and records disappear.
It ends up being one person's word against another's, in front of a jury that already knows him as the guy the media spent years tearing apart.
And this started only AFTER Brand left the mainstream, started questioning the establishment, and built a huge independent audience.
Coincidence?
If this can happen to him, it can happen to anyone the system decides it doesn't like.
He deserves a full appeal. 🇺🇸

All it takes is a woman saying that a man raped her 20 years ago. No evidence. Just her word and the vibes. And just like that, prison. Meanwhile his word? Zero weight. Only what she says matters.
Those cheering Russell Brand’s conviction should understand what’s at stake. The judicial system is a cornerstone of Western civilisation. And now we know with 100 percent certainty that it’s completely corrupt.
Justice was not served, this is the opposite of that.

Put an incompetent in charge of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith and the whole Church pays the price in lost credibility.
Cardinal Fernández's tenure has become an extraordinary catalogue of theological confusion, unnecessary controversy and increasingly serious questions about doctrinal competence. Fiducia supplicans created an international scandal over blessings for same-sex couples, provoking such widespread opposition that Rome was forced to issue a clarification within weeks. The subsequent revision of the norms governing alleged supernatural phenomena raised further questions about the Dicastery's approach to doctrinal discernment. Now Mater Populi fidelis has managed to turn centuries of Catholic Marian theology into another source of controversy.
The latest intervention by the International Marian Association is particularly damning. When respected Mariologists identify serious theological deficiencies in a document produced by the Church's highest doctrinal authority, and their carefully argued objections remain unanswered almost a year later, something has gone profoundly wrong.
The fundamental problem is that Fernández appears incapable of distinguishing genuine doctrinal development from theological innovation, or pastoral sensitivity from doctrinal ambiguity. Each new controversy seems to require another round of explanations, qualifications and retrospective reinterpretations. Meanwhile, the faithful are left wondering whether expressions employed by saints and popes for generations have suddenly become suspect.
The DDF exists to defend and clarify the deposit of faith, not to generate uncertainty about it. Its authority rests upon its fidelity to what the Church has always taught, not upon the personal theological preferences of its prefect.
And ultimately, responsibility cannot rest with Fernández alone. Pope Leo XIV approved Mater Populi fidelis. If he wishes to restore confidence in the Church's doctrinal governance, he must recognise that the problem is no longer simply one controversial document, but an increasingly damaging pattern.
When the office charged with defending doctrinal clarity repeatedly becomes a source of confusion, the problem is not the faithful asking questions. It is the leadership producing the confusion.

Russell Brand has been pushing back hard against the Pharmaceutical industry, and now he is facing up to two decades in jail for a “rape” that happened 21 years ago with no evidence and no DNA, just the word of a dejected woman.

Every single allegation against Russell Brand concerns events that took place twenty years ago or more. None of them existed while he was a famous actor or comedian. All of them emerged once he became a highly visible dissident on politics and Covid.
Brand has been forthright about his behavior as a young man, but the idea he was a serial rapist is absurd and, more importantly, completely unprovable.
This is a political prosecution, plain and simple.
