Cody and Punk, much like Liv and Iyo, had some clunky moments but for the same reasons: They went for it! You can forgive some clumsiness when wrestlers are trying super hard to give the fans a PLE classic. The match really worked...big time! #Summerslam

We pretty much knew exactly how the match would play out given that Paige needed to get pinned to set up the Bella's heel turn but it was a good booking decision for Jacy Jayne to get the pinfall. She needs a push for this faction to really get to the next level #Summerslam

The HIAC cage was there but it wasn't much of a HIAC match. It was a good "passing of the torch" match with pretty good in-ring psychology. But you didn't need the cage for what they did. No DQ would have worked. It was entertaining though. #Summerslam

Liv Morgan vs. Iyo Sky was awesome! It had some clunky moments but that's because they took risks! They didn't play it safe and it paid off! Good storytelling, great spots throughout. A little JD interference but then right back Liv and Iyo. Good, clean finish! #Summerslam
