भीलड़ी में अत्याधुनिक भारत बोवाइन ब्रीडिंग एंड रिसर्च सेंटर (BBBRC) का निर्माण पशुधन की नस्ल सुधार और दुग्ध उत्पादकता बढ़ाने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम है। यह केंद्र पशुपालकों तक किफायती दर पर उत्तम नस्ल पहुँचाएगा, जिससे कम लागत में अधिक दूध उत्पादन होगा और उनकी आय बढ़ेगी।
विकसित गांव की नींव को मजबूत करता और आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के 'सहकार से समृद्धि' के विज़न को साकार करता यह केंद्र देश के पशुपालन क्षेत्र के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय मॉडल बनेगा।
आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के करकमलों से BBBRC के साथ बनास डेरी के ऑटोमेटेड स्टोरेज सिस्टम, फूड प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट का लोकार्पण तथा नए बायो-CNG प्लांट्स का शिलान्यास भी होने जा रहा है। यह सभी प्रकल्प पशुपालकों और किसानों की समृद्धि के साथ स्वच्छ ऊर्जा को भी नया संबल देंगे।

ગુજરાતમાં આ વર્ષે સરેરાશ ૮૯% વરસાદ થયો છે, પરંતુ દેવભૂમિ દ્વારકા, પોરબંદર, કચ્છ અને જામનગર જિલ્લામાં વરસાદનું પ્રમાણ ઓછું રહ્યું છે. આ સ્થિતિમાં ખેડૂતો અને પશુપાલકોની પડખે ઊભા રહેવા, ભારત સરકારની દુષ્કાળ નિર્ધારણ માર્ગદર્શિકા અનુસાર જરૂરી પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરીને આ ચાર જિલ્લાઓને દુષ્કાળગ્રસ્ત જાહેર કરવાનો નિર્ણય રાજ્ય સરકારે કર્યો છે.
આ જિલ્લાઓના ખેડૂતોને પાક નુકસાન સામે SDRFના ધોરણે અસરગ્રસ્ત પાકો માટે હેક્ટર દીઠ ₹૮,૫૦૦ની સહાય, મહત્તમ ૨ હેક્ટરની મર્યાદામાં આપવામાં આવશે.
પશુ કેમ્પમાં પશુ દીઠ રોજના ₹૮૦ની સહાય બે મહિના સુધી ચૂકવાશે.
ગ્રામીણ પરિવારોને રોજગારી મળી રહે તે માટે VB-G RAM G યોજના હેઠળ ૧૫૦ માનવદિન રોજગારી આપવામાં આવશે.
વિલંબિત વરસાદને ધ્યાને લઈ જૂન-જુલાઈથી જ સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં રાહત દરે ઘાસ વિતરણ શરૂ કરાયું હતું. અત્યાર સુધીમાં ₹૨ પ્રતિ કિલોના દરે ૧.૨૧ કરોડ કિલો ઘાસનું વિતરણ થયું છે, અને હાલ ૩ કરોડ કિલો ઘાસનો જથ્થો ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
આદરણીય વડાપ્રધાન શ્રી @narendramodi ના માર્ગદર્શનમાં સરકારે ખેડૂતો અને પશુપાલકોના હિતને હંમેશા પ્રાથમિકતા આપી છે. મુશ્કેલીના આ સમયમાં પણ રાજ્ય સરકાર સંપૂર્ણ સંવેદનશીલતા સાથે તેમની પડખે છે.
