We need to reconsider our priors on code readability. Humans, compared to agents, are pretty slow at understanding large quantities of text. So in the old days, readability was important so the human could efficiently grok what was going on. So readability now comes down to: 1. Can a human, if needed, jump in and understand the code 2. Does the code use the same domain language as the human describing the code? 1 helps with observability and the occasional spot checks you need to do on important PR's. 2 helps the agent translate the words you use into code changes. In other words, readability is now a nicety, not a necessity. The way agents 'read' code is different - good agents are all about gathering data about how the code works. They'll prod around with it, execute parts of it. So 'readability' to agents really means 'verifiability'. How easy it is to mess about with that code to see it working. Let's take this scenario: - You have a huge module in your codebase that uses all sorts of complex performance tricks - It has 100% test coverage A talented human would need an hour or two to get comfortable working in that module. An agent needs zero time. They verify it with the tests, poke about a bit, and they're good to go. The takeaways: - When judging a module (or a codebase), don't think about how easy the code is to read - Instead, think about how easy it is to verify - Design your codebase so modules can be tested and verified independently - Feel free to sacrifice a bit of readability for performance - Cyclomatic complexity and function size don't matter to agents

素敵なレビュー! kwmr.me/2026/11/03/ai-relay-…

We asked GPT-6 Astra to edit Qwen3.5-0.8B weights to improve math. It directly changed only 0.016% of weights, fixing 0.8B's reasoning loops & improving math up to 6x and even instruction following 3x, without gradients or training. We call this Weight-Space Programming: frontier LLMs can now natively read/write neural network weights! 🧵 Blog: rikiyat.github.io/blog/weigh…
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
LLM was given weights explicitly as text in prompt and used code/forward passes (per authors' logs) to ablate Qwen looping direction, a known thinking-mode issue per model card. Primarily fixed repetition in that mode, not general 'natively' improving weights/math. rikiyat.github.io/blog/weight-sp… github.com/RikiyaT/lm_und… huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen3.5-0… huggingface.co/RikiyaT/Qwen3.…

有効化したいけど、既存リポジトリ全部対応してからがいいのかな "Require actions to be pinned to a full-length commit SHA"

bunshun.jp/denshiban/article…

this is f***ing gold SpaceXAI engineer Lauren Tan shows how pstack works: start with /poteto-mode to route the task through the right playbook > Define the task goal / constraints / observable_success /poteto-mode selects the playbook. skills such as /how, /why and /architect supply context and design work when needed > Verify the running app /create-verification-skill Builds and trials a repo-specific procedure: launch → doctor → drive → evidence → cleanup The proof depends on the change: → UI: complete the affected user journey → CLI: capture the command, output and exit status → storage: read back the written value → performance: compare profiles under equivalent conditions > Hand off the tested change tested_commit / diff / commands + results / evidence_paths Failed checks send the change back for repair Unavailable checks stay listed under unverified_checks, with the missing dependency explained > Prevent recurring failures /reflect - captures the lesson /correct - helps encode it through architecture, types, lint, CI or tests predictable mechanical work moves into scripts so the next run can reuse it Save this to spend less time supervising fixes ↓
Grok Bot + Opus 5.5 can create an agent team for your GitHub repo One lead bot splits the work, delegates scoped tasks and collects PRs with verification results attached In this article, I show you how to build this setup using Lauren Tan’s method:
