I watched Ramayana: Part 1, and it's easily one of the best movies I've seen this year.
The storytelling, visual effects, and music are all phenomenal. There were several scenes that genuinely moved me emotionally, even though this is a story we've grown up hearing.
Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita were exceptionally well cast.
Ravi Dubey as Laxman was incredible. His portrayal was loving, protective, and even funny at times. He brought so much warmth to the character.
And Yash as Ravana? This is his best role to date. I repeat, his BEST role to date. You need to watch this movie to understand what I'm talking about. His Shiva Tandava sequence was simply breathtaking!
There were so many moments I absolutely loved. The VFX was on another level. Ravana's Pushpak Vimana was beautifully brought to life, staying true to its descriptions in the scriptures. The fight sequences between Ravana and Jatayu were epic!
One thing that made me particularly happy was seeing entire families, including children and grandparents, coming together to watch this visual spectacle.
Great job, @malhotra_namit, for bringing this story to the big screen.
I would highly recommend this movie to everyone.
I am devastated. Sir Patrick Stewart is no more.
Jeez, sharing this fun moment pf him in a talk show.
Sir Patrick Stewart believed he was circumcised for the majority of his life, until his wife and doctor told him otherwise.
RIP!

We built a world where people need jobs to live. Now we're building machines that need fewer people to get the job done.
Who is this future being built for?
