Yes per semester, some universities like @MbararaUST, students receive around 1.1M
They put in on Non resident, I swear, I really wanted to be in hall, if at all you knew that spaces in hall a sold, but we can't complain cz private students are also human beings

Get a rental of 150k and rent it two people stop wasting money bro. Hostels are for planned kids. When I was at kyambogo I got a rental alone of 120k and survived gwe olina omuzanyo bro.
