every 15 minutes it:
> scans every market where the price hasn't caught up to the news yet
> checks how stale the current price actually is against what just happened
> only steps in once that gap is wide enough to be worth the risk
> sizes the next position off how well the last one did, not off a fixed amount
> executes on its own, no sign-off from me
> pays its own hosting bill from whatever it made that week
miss a payment and it's gone for good - it knows that
