I'll take "strongest aim assist ever" seriously when the TL resembles my MW3 AA folder 🙄
Modern Warfare 4 aim assist is the strongest it's ever been in any COD along with an insanely high TTK and maps that promote camping every stub and head glitch with HIGH SBMM makes this game unenjoyable.

I couldn't find a @CallofDuty #DMZ interactive map that made planning runs easy so I vibe coded one that has all locations for items in the game based on actual data from the game itself. You can plan runs by dropping your spawn location and then it gives you routes on how to get items you are specifically looking for. It works for planning upgrades as well and you can select more than one item to build a longer route. kennel.gg/dmz

Mini Teaser, Beta Weekend 2 (Warzone) - Confirming the obvious, but no obvious sign of Aim Assist nerfs regarding: - Long range - Any broad right-stick requirement for RAA that would apply to long range (see vid) (Close range was nerfed to be clear).

Has anyone who's claiming rc-filtering/jittering in COD "increases AA strength" shown a controlled side-by-side test (like the example below) to prove it? It'd require an actual exploit in the algorithm - it's possible, but can we see evidence please?

"Received wisdom" about jittering seems to come from how traditional Cronus scripts work - they jitter right stick over the 5% threshold required to engage Rotational Aim Assist. This merely *keeps it engaged* - which is already trivial - but doesn't make it any stronger.

Again it may be possible - you can't prove a negative. And it especially may be possible in BO7, since a supposed "right stick requirement" was officially added. But it'd be really nice to see a demo please 🙏

Wasn't quite complete without a clean Mantle Snap™ example: (Also making this a snaps thread 🧵 for good measure ...)

Getting more questions than expected - adding the below clip for reference: Rotational AA absolutely "snaps" when *following snappy enemy movement*. (It doesn't snap onto or towards targets. It follows their motion). Full explainer/lead-up in my old vid youtu.be/frjx63T5FQU?si=Gaxc…

[Outtake] "AA Doesn't Aim For You" - Longer Range (MW3 2023) Just posting for reference - I'd meant to repeat this & better explain how "full kill without touching right stick" scenarios exist outside of point blank range, but never got round to it 🤷‍♂️

Btw I've seen multiple hacker hunter clips over the years that are literally just this exact scenario :)
