看了不少行业，机构裁员也是行业底部的特征之一，因为大部分机构也是“韭菜”，而且因为规模问题，反而更难掉头，对市场反应不够敏感，所以很多机构并不是在熊市来临之前裁员，而是熊市末尾裁员。

#tate is down bad. He made one huge mistake. He thought the "Matrix" couldn't seize servers. If you are not using @IPFS or @ArweaveTeam or just storing your info on the @ethereum. You are basically planning to equip your army with Tesla cars to attack Tesla's headquarters.

DAO还比较早期，思考还并不深入。如果从一个可持续经营组织，或者百年组织角度考虑，对继承权的思考，可能很重要。 而对于一些发行治理token的DAO组织而言，治理权是可以随着代币的继承而继承的。假如一个父亲在DAO组织做了很大贡献，而儿子并没有，儿子却可以通过继承父亲的代币在DAO中发挥很大影响力
