He won 18 of the last 20 laps and finished 5th, Piastri 7th.

bitches call a season where the world champion came back from 34 points deficit after a mechanical dnf and took a lead only 5 races after boring but 2026 season that could have been an email is suddenly so “interesting” cause Kimi is so “consistent”
you guys are so fucking annoying.

lando took the number 1 because he has an ego bigger than the sun. the team can't MAKE kimi do anything. his driver number is his choice and he says he doesn't want to use the number 1

"He doesn’t even know how to overtake", when he's the one who has the most beautiful overtake of the season? If lying to yourself makes you feel better, well, so be it

knowing we have this moment forever filters out all the bad mouthing lando receives cause genuinely nothing will top what we felt december 7th 2025.
torger can try and push whatever narrative he wants I don’t care because lando will always be the one known for how he “approached [winning a championship] in a different way, and I think a lot of these drivers, journalists, and people in formula 1 had a lot of respect for it.”

the guy who killed that model:

lando crawled so others like him could fly
put respect to his name for everything he's gone through and continues to go through to this day just because people decided that he's not up to the "norms"

there's just so much humility and grace in the way lando has approached passing the number 1 on to kimi. throughout the season, he's never missed an opportunity to praise him and yesterday was no different, saying he couldn't think of anyone more deserving.
he's already gone back to signing with his number 4 out of respect, because as he said himself, it would feel weird to keep the number 1 once someone else had won it, even though it's technically his until the end of the season. he wears the title of world champion just as well as he earned it 🤍
and say his dog is ugly as hell too next goat
'I think it's a mentality thing. It's like do or die. Like, either I win, or none of us do.'
Lewis Hamilton: "Before I joined this team, when I was in Mercedes, I watched and witnessed the back-and-forth between Charles and Carlos. Several races where they were battling so much that the person ahead just pulled away, and they had the pace to actually win the race."
"It’s one thing when that's happening in fourth and fifth as opposed to first and second, and you lose the win. That's significant. The guy is 28 years old, so I don't think it's an age thing. I think it's a mentality thing. It's like do or die. Like, either I win, or none of us do, and it shouldn't be that. It should be, us having got that one-two, which is still a good feeling."
"At Silverstone, I could have gone all kamikaze on him and taken him off and lost us the the win, but instead a one-two was there, and I think we got a one-two, or was it a one-three? I'm happy for the team to have experienced that. I'm hopeful we'll work towards a better place in the future."
