The Minneapolis ban on Robotaxis has been vetoed by Mayor Frey. @ICannot_Enough @nerdalert

The Minneapolis City Council voted 7-4 to require a human monitor in the driver's seat of driverless robotaxis.
Truly driverless cars could lower the cost of a ride, and a required person in every car may keep that cost from falling.
Working-class riders tend to use Uber and Lyft most, so they may be the ones who keep paying high per-mile fares.

This move is anti-working class by preventing the decline in transportation cost that would come from truly driverless vehicles.
The working class is generally the biggest users of Uber & Lyft which are expensive per mile. BUT Elon Musk wants to lower transportation costs! We can't have nice things in blue cities.

We're putting up new weather cameras across the Upper Midwest.
Every spot on this map is somewhere we want one.
If you've got a tall building or a tower in one of these areas with a big view of the sky, power and internet close by, and you'd be down to host a camera, email cameras@ryanhallyall.com.
These are the cameras y'all see on my streams when storms roll through.

Congrats @SpaceX! Gorgeous launch, getting Ship to orbit and managing every step in a safe, responsible, and especially inspirational way. @NASA, along with the rest of the interested public, is excited to help where we can and for Starship missions to become routine!

Joe Rogan in new podcast episode: "I love the tech in EVs. I have a @Tesla. I love it. But there's also the reality of brake dust. There's way more brake dust with those things, and that's a big part of the particulate pollution that you get in large cities."
Fact check: EVs do not have emit more brake dust. Why? Because you rarely need to use your brakes in the first place. Regen braking enables one-pedal driving. Brakes actually last longer on EVs because of that.
