🚨 No Estêvão starting in the cup, even with Palmer and João Pedro out!!? Yeah, now I’m hitting the panic button. What are we doing here? No player is bigger than the club and Xabi has my backing, but I’m really not happy seeing a talent like this continuously left on the bench.

What an absolute mess of a season, a complete farce. Are Manchester City in a title race or a relegation battle? Football is resilient, the PL will survive, City will survive, but this dispute is deeply damaging. The sooner the process - appeal/sanctions - decided the better.

Weeks after the unprecedented searches targeting Carlos Cabreiro, national director of Portugal's Judicial Police, Portuguese newspaper Público is set to reveal, in its Monday edition, what appear to be new details about the relationship between the Judicial Police and London-based Doyen. I'm very keen to read the full story.

🚨💣Petr Čech has launched a strong criticism of Manchester City’s situation, claiming the club is being treated differently. 🗣️ “Roman was forced out. City are being pampered. This is no longer only about football. It is about who is protected and who is not. American owners, Russian owners, Arab owners — are they treated the same? No. Roman was forced to sell Chelsea and leave, while City are facing 115 charges and continue through the appeal process. The rules should protect every club equally. In my book, City cheated. The outcome will show whether football still has rules, or only friends.”

I express my appreciation for the action taken by Portugal's Minister of Justice, Rita Alarcão Júdice, who restored legality by overturning a decision made by the members of the Commission responsible for Portugal's Witness Protection Programme, who acted in clear violation of the law and in a manifest abuse of power. This is a particularly serious situation, all the more so because, given their roles, the members of this Commission have an increased responsibility to uphold the rule of law and safeguard the rights, liberties and guarantees of citizens who, due to the specific nature of the Programme, find themselves in a particularly vulnerable and uncertain situation. Despite this restoration of legality, the way in which the members of the Commission have acted prevents me from placing any trust in them or feeling confident in their work. Such conduct is clearly contrary to the principles that should guide a witness protection programme, whose credibility and effectiveness depend, above all, on respect for the law, impartiality and the trust of those who rely on it. I would like to conclude by expressing my special gratitude to everyone who has shown their support and contributed to the fundraising campaign. To all of you, my sincere thanks for continuing to stand by me in this cause which, despite today's decision, is still far from being resolved.

"In public, Infantino always insisted on sticking to the rules, as though he were a kind of saint taking on the financial doping administered by the evil fat cats. But now the full hypocrisy has been exposed. To the outside world, Infantino has always given the impression of only wanting what was best for football and never what was best for himself. The papers, together with interviews with a dozen experts and FIFA insiders, suggest another mindset typical of an autocrat, according to which what's best for him must always be best for everybody else, too." spiegel.de/international/wor…

Winston Lee lied and gaslit Jane Doe when she asked him how all those men got into the room saying that there was no indication of anything going on in that room. He sent a super enthusiastic text “CHI PHIII” after the “Free pu***” text. I am sick and disgusted by how they manipulated and lied to her. May they rot in hell.

BREAKING NEWS: An Australian judge just let a foreign violent rapist escape prison because he found that the rapist didn’t know that rape was a crime in Australia. Within six months of moving to Australia, a foreign 16 year old teenager committed a brutal violent rape attack. Australian judge Andrew Muller refused to imprison the 16 year old teenage rapist because he found that the rapist didn’t know that rape was against Australian customs - he had “limited insight into societal norms in Australia.” In determining the sentence, Justice Muller somehow found that the fact that the rapist didn’t understand that rape was against Australian culture reduced his moral culpability for the rape. I don’t understand. This is sickening. In a victim impact statement, the victim described feeling a loss of dignity, confidence and sense of self. She said she "can no longer call [her] body [her] own" and that night her life was stolen and would forever be changed.

🚨Portugal kept Rui Pinto (@RuiPinto_FL) in the dark for 83 days after deciding to end his protected-witness status, then gave the Manchester City whistleblower just 10 days to find somewhere safe to live and support himself. Now, under mounting pressure, authorities are reviewing the decision. So why did they wait almost three months to tell him? Story with @ed_aarons for @guardian theguardian.com/football/202…

The press release from my lawyers Francisco Teixeira da Mota, Luisa Teixeira da Mota, William Bourdon and Vincent Brengarth regarding the outrageous actions taken against me by the Portuguese State on Wednesday: PRESS RELEASE Lisbon and Paris, October 2, 2026 End of Rui Pinto’s protection: his lawyers call on Portuguese authorities to reconsider a decision with dire consequences Rui Pinto, the whistleblower behind "Football Leaks," has been notified on Wednesday that the special security program he has benefited from since August 2020 will end on October 10. In a few days, without being heard beforehand, as required by law, he would lose the protected, confidential residence assigned to him and l be forced to find new housing urgently, with no guarantee that police protection will continue. His situation is now critical. The threats against him are not merely theoretical; he was assaulted in Lisbon last April. His revelations implicated powerful figures with vast resources, and many resulting legal proceedings are still ongoing, as evidenced by the decision handed down just days ago by the Premier League’s independent commission regarding Manchester City. Abruptly deprived of his protected housing and plunged into a state of extreme precariousness, Rui Pinto would be more vulnerable now than at any time since 2020. Rui Pinto has cooperated with the Portuguese justice system, and it was this cooperation that justified placing him under protection. His revelations, utilized by numerous judicial, tax, and sports authorities across Europe, starting with France, have advanced transparency and integrity in football. The states that have benefited from his actions cannot simply turn their backs on the person who took the risk to bring them to light. In accordance with the law, an administrative appeal with suspensive effect will be filed against this decision. Rui Pinto’s lawyers, confident that the Portuguese authorities would give due consideration to his situation, asked, last Wednesday, the ministry of Justice to reconsider this decision, to disclose the details of the risk reassessment upon which it is based, to ensure that their client is heard, and to guarantee, in any event, the continuity of his protection. No answer was received till now. This decision and the way it was made, regrettably, doesn’t respect the rule of law and constitutes an act of state terrorism. We can’t accept that. 24 hours after the launch of the campaign, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has taken the time and made the effort to contribute to this cause. Every donation, regardless of its size, is a meaningful act of solidarity and trust. This is particularly important at a time when many people are facing their own financial difficulties, amid economic uncertainty and rising costs of fuel and essential goods. I feel it is important to provide an update and, above all, to be as transparent as possible about the situation and the needs that may lie ahead. In the worst-case scenario, what does it actually cost to live in hiding for an indefinite period of time, and to deal with everything that comes with it? Honestly, I don't know. The maximum target of the campaign is merely indicative. It reflects the uncertainty surrounding the situation and the fact that, at this stage, it is impossible to know how long this may last or what the total cost will ultimately be. Living in hiding is not simply a matter of finding somewhere to stay. There are accommodation, food, transportation, documentation, communication and other basic living expenses to consider, all of which become considerably more complicated when normal life is no longer possible. One thing, however, is certain, it will not be cheap. That is why your support, no matter how small, can be truly crucial. When we do not know how long this situation will last, every contribution helps provide some stability and makes it possible to deal with whatever comes next. There is also another important matter that needs to be taken into consideration. The legal costs associated with the Football Leaks proceedings in Portugal. At this stage, the figures I am dealing with are: Case 6255/15.9TDLSB: a minimum of €19,078 in compensation claims. Case 1178/19.5TELSB: a minimum of €1,000,000 in compensation claims should the acquittal be overturned. Case 456/20.5TELSB: the legal costs remain undetermined, as the case is still under investigation in Portugal. These are significant amounts, and they help put the financial reality of the situation into perspective. These are not abstract figures, they concern legal proceedings that continue to have very real financial consequences. Everything is being handled with the greatest possible transparency and in coordination with my legal team. Thank you to everyone who has contributed financially, shared the campaign, helped spread the word, sent a message, or simply chosen not to remain indifferent. Not everyone can help a great deal, but when many people contribute what they can, even in small amounts, the collective impact can be enormous. Every contribution matters. And right now, it truly matters!

Rui Pinto could have reached out to Manchester City officials and cut a deal with them, get paid a fortune and we'll watch City will dominate till the end of time but leaked it. He's done more for football than FIFA, UEFA, and the Premier League. I hope he doesn't regret doing that.
On Wednesday, just hours after the verdict officially confirming Manchester City’s guilt, the Commission responsible for Portugal's witness protection programme informed me of its decision to terminate my participation in the programme and withdraw my police protection, thereby knowingly placing me in a life-threatening situation. Given these circumstances, I have no alternative but to relocate, within the next few days, to an undisclosed location for an indefinite period of time, due to the multiple death threats I have received and the serious risk of an assassination attempt against me. For this reason, I have just set up a GoFundMe campaign and I am asking for everyone's support to help me survive this serious situation created by the Portuguese State, which, as I have already stated, has knowingly decided to place my life at risk. I would like to take this opportunity to extend a special thanks to everyone who continues to support Football Leaks, and I can give everyone one guarantee: the fight will most certainly continue! gofundme.com/f/help-save-rui…
