I'm so impressed w/ Harris County Misdemeanor #Veterans Treatment Court & its focus on rehabilitation. These vets are working through traumas & additions to turn their lives around - and it's not easy. Want to feel inspired? Read the story: bit.ly/3E1X3Xw
This may have my name on it, but it really belongs to everyone on our team - Larry, Doug, Miranda & Alejandro. They have worked tirelessly this past year to tell @HISDNutri stories & support their mission. #grateful #HISDHeroes #goteam @TeamHISD #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
#FunFact: I ❤ all @HISDBusinessOps support departments but @HISDNutri always has a special place in my 💖 because my grandma was a lunch lady! 👩🍳 The job has changed a lot since then, but one thing hasn't - the care these folks put into their work! #HISDHeroes @LunchtimeLewie
And just like that, @HISDNutri is back work! Nothing keeps these #HISDHeroes🦸♂️🦸♀️ from making sure @HoustonISD families are fed. 🥗🍛🍎 Don't forget! @SchoolLunch Hero Day is this Friday 5/7. Be sure to thank your fave nutrition hero this week!
Congrats @HISDNutri! 🎖️🍎🥗🍽️You always do an amazing job, but you took it to the next level this year, serving on the front lines & working 6 days a week to keep #HOU families fed. In case you're counting, that's > 44M lbs of food/supplies, 8M meals & 10K distributions! 🙌🙌
Congrats to @HISDNutri on the @HoustonTX proclamation naming May 7, 2021, as #HISD National School Lunch Hero Day! Thanks for helping us recognize these #HISDHeroes who've gone above and beyond over the last year to keep #HOU families fed! @SchoolLunch #HISDHeroes @TexasDeptofAg
