does anyone know why in 2.209 the particles in this part dont spawn from zero? ive spent like four hours trying to fix this and i still have no clue what could be causing this

fixed by recreating the effect without particles . not sure if theres a better way of going about this if theres anyone else who encountered this bug and is looking for an easy fix

to clarify they arent unloaded due to being offscreen, they are set to a link visible group, which shares a group with an object that follows the player.

idk how big of a threat ai generated levels will be to the future of the game, but it has made me consider doing creating streams just in case it ends up getting to the point where proof is needed that a level was made legitimately. would u guys watch if i did some of these or no

the other thing thats made me want to do creating streams is that i think i just work more diligently when i have eyes on me. plus i think the streams could be fun maybe, i have some ideas on how i could make them entertaining

how would u guys feel if a level used a song that was heavily edited by the creator of the level. does it come off as being too disrespectful to the original material, or is it like a valid way of transforming it. cause im kinda undecided on this rn

i ask cause ive wanted to make a level using a song for a while but i feel like the only way id get the level to be able to follow the progression i want is by trimming huge sections of the studio release of the song, and adding portions from live versions of it
