🚨BREAKING: POLAND’S POLICE TAKE THE CONSTITUTIONAL TRIBUNAL BY FORCE — TUSK’S RIOT UNITS ENTER THE HIGHEST COURT AT NIGHT, CHAINS ON THE DOORS, AND PRESIDENT NAWROCKI TURNS HIS PLANE AROUND
Poland is a Slavic EU and NATO state. On 30 October in Warsaw, police under Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s government entered the Constitutional Tribunal (Trybunał Konstytucyjny) and took control of the building.
Riot police in helmets and shields stood outside the court after dark. Live coverage from Republika TV and opposition MP Dariusz Matecki showed the units at the site. Reports say officers entered through an internal gate and placed chains on the doors. This is the court that reviews laws against the Polish constitution. For years it has been the flashpoint between Tusk’s government and the previous PiS-appointed judges.
President Karol Nawrocki was already in the air on a flight to Senegal when the news broke. He posted that he is interrupting the trip and returning to Poland: “In such a moment the President must be in Poland.”
The frames show helmeted police outside the tribunal at night and the street coverage from the scene. The takeover is the claim from the opposition side. The government has not published its own account of the entry in the posts linked.
Who orders the police into the constitutional court — the prime minister who controls the government, or the president who is now flying back?

Anthropic is cracking down on AI-generated video game clones through Claude Code.
A new instruction added tells Claude to build original games or use ideas from existing genres, but not recreate specific games, even if they’re renamed.
The move could affect people using AI to recreate games like Terraria, Minecraft, Halo or GTA as browser games or unofficial ports.

Aave is rushing to set LTV to 0 across USDT, USDC, and major alts because they know exactly what Lazarus would do next: deposit $2B in soon-to-be-frozen stablecoins as collateral, borrow out all clean native ETH and WBTC, and leave the lending pools holding the unfreezable bad debt.

Our investigators are observing never-seen-before laundering patterns with the stolen funds from the Binance exploit. Thousands of transactions in a short period suggest that the attackers are using automation to obscure the trail of funds. Rather than simply moving funds onward, they repeatedly circulate them among addresses, often sending funds back to addresses involved earlier in the sequence.

Another crypto home invasion case in France.
Criminals broke into a home and violently assaulted the whole family, thinking the father had 660 BTC.
He had made a typo when filing his taxes, that leaked.
He actually owned 0.066 BTC.
🇫🇷 La Parisien fait des révélations glaçantes concernant une affaire d'agression violente liée à la crypto.
Les données fiscales ayant fuité aurait transformé les véritables 0,066 BTC du père de famille en 660 BTC.
Le 6 février 2026, à Juilly, en Seine-et-Marne, plusieurs hommes cagoulés font irruption au domicile d'un couple et de sa fille de 20 ans.
Ils sont persuadés que le père possède 660 bitcoins, soit environ 40 millions d'euros.
Ils le frappent et exigent l'accès à ses portefeuilles crypto, sous les yeux de sa famille terrorisée.
Mais lorsqu'ils consultent les comptes, seulement 3 000 dollars sur le premier portefeuille et près de 7 000 euros sur deux autres...
Deux membres du commando ont finalement été condamnés le 16 octobre à 3 ans et 18 mois de prison ferme.
