Riding ma commuter rail train broke down they don’t know if or when another train and or bus is available. Exactly what public transit should not be.
As economies recede 2 factors shape which organizations survive Cost and Customer Service. Just talked with @DHLUS for 2nd time and they are failing. As a strategist, I would be asking would a customer want them to affect their business?

Amazing to me that Canadian and American snowbirds are now choosing to go to Mexico and Cuba instead of Florida because they feel unsafe under Governor Ron DeSantis’s new concealed carry gun law.
Let that sink in… Canadian and American tourists feel more safe in Mexico and Cuba… than Florida.
