I want to talk a little about the danger of false positives in game development.
This isn't meant to be a downer thread, but it's something I've been thinking about a lot and noticing in terms of trends from 2021 and heading into 2022, but spans back a few years.

It’s so exciting to see so many new adventures and stories to be told, but we need to solidify that game Dev is not just a boys club. Women, POC and marginalised people are in and belong in this space. It is not hard to include them in the celebrations and announcements.
