WILL A NEW RIGHT-WING PARTY EMERGE? @hopbard outlined discussions involving Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Joe Kent about potentially using the Libertarian Party’s ballot infrastructure to build a populist coalition, calling it a “true second option to the uniparty system.” @ericbolling

. @ComicDaveSmith I understand the appeal of the “easy path” running through the GOP in this moment. No matter what theres no easy path here. That said, I do think that the adherents to the lets take over the GOP idea need to address several issues with the ideas: 1. Why did all of the America First candidates lose their primary elections in the same political environment that delivered the GOP Bloodbath? It wasnt just Massie. Its Casey Putch, its Fishbeck, who had real grassroots support. Brandon Herrera just lost. All of them. And why were they such a minority of the candidates in the primaries? 2. Would anybody that we want to win the primary get the boomer vote, who is by far the biggest primary voter base? If not, whats the pathway? Massie’s race showed that you can win every other age demographic but if you don’t get boomers, it becomes extremely uphill. 3. Has the donor base of the GOP changed? Wouldnt the kind of sweeping reformation of the GOP run directly counter to the donor class? How do you defeat that machine? I mean real logistics; what exactly does that look like? Whose the new donor class thats going to sustain this new GOP and America First candidates against the lobby and the tech-bros? 4. Given the entrenchment how do you get around the kind of fuckery and rule changes that we already have seen done to Ron Paul? Whats the delegate strategy? Its not as simple as pulling a lever when you start accounting for boomer-led local and state level GOPs. 5. Despite the national unpopularity, Trump remains very popular within the GOP and Trump has been very willing to empower neocons and establishment goons. His primary endorsements hsve done quite well. Part of what enabled Trump to do what he did in 2016 was his billionaire status and his extreme fame. That will be working against us. Maga hates us. How is that penetrated? 6. Nick Fuentes, who has himself a huge America First audience, can admit that this movement does not have the numbers to straight up win major elections. He fully embraces the need for insurgent tactics and the need for Joker energy to break out of the henpecking thats animates “but the democrats will win”. I just dont see how the same old thinking will win the day. 7. 2 Years ago, what just happened would have been considered impossible. The Ds were utterly destroyed and repudiated. In the first 100 days Trump was at peak popularity and vibes were high. In order to achieve this, have the Ds undergone radical change? Or did they just adjust rhetoric to the moment to placate the base while keeping the same goals and direction? What makes you think that something like that cant or wont happen on the right after we get back to how awful they are? 8. You are shooting for victory. Whats the plan to build something durable for this movement in the event that it goes the way all the other America First primaries have gone? Is it win or bust? If not, whats the logistics for having a weapon of our own in the general? Because the inertia will be to just fall back to lesser of 2 evils with nothing to show for it and run this game from scratch over and over again. Building our own ecosystem ought to be the goal whether its GOP or 3rd party. 9. Would you back Desantis if thats who the estsblishment gets behind because he has both conservative and nationalist bonefides while also being a zionist? 10. How do you account for the fact that the GOP was in fact just reformed yet here we stand? 11. Whats the long term plan, even if we win? We just saw pretty much everything good that we had in the govt wiped out. Massie was very popular; gone. Free state house reps, 20 years of work just devastated. At what point do we pick up our balls and form our own army, smaller though it may be, and fight assymettrically, guerrilla-style? Such tactics have faired quite well against traditionally overwhelming opponents.

Things democrats can do until 2028: • end the war in Iran • release the FULL Epstein files • block all spending increases • pass the SAVE Act • abolish the cap on no tax on tips and overtime and make it permanent • legalize cannabis But they won’t…

The easy thing to think here is that omg, this was such an overwhelming loss that the GOP will have to fundamentally change and improve in response to this. Has the democrat party fundamentally changed? And how unpopular, how repudiated were they just 2 years ago? All the GOP is going to do is the minimum necessary to rhetorically placate the base, give the appearance of a fresh coat of paint while serving the donors and the boomer primary voters who are totally captive to the mutual hostage situation the two parties have going on will carry it. They will pay lib service to populist economics and sentiments with say a Desantis and wager that you’ll swallow the lobby and the foreign policy in exchange. And they are probably right. The younger generation has no means of combatting this for the foreseeable future until the age demographics change *unless* we form up into our own lane to force a decision to change or continue losing.

195,000 conservatives in Tennessee voted for an independent rather than Marsha Blackburn. The GOP in TN needs to stop propping up corrupt politicians like Marsha instead of actual Godly, conservative, honest men like @MontyFritts4TN

Bret Weinstein just announced he is helping build a true America First party, and that he is *not* suicidal
Bret Weinstein announces he is partnering with the Libertarian Party Mises Caucus for a friendly takeover of the party to rebrand it as @ALPNational: “The new home for the America First movement.” @BretWeinstein calls on supporters of the strategy to sign up, because there are honorable figures on the left and right who will embrace the strategy if the public supports it. Check out the website in the @ALPNational bio!

25 years ago today. Dr. Paul was correct. Letters of marque and reprisal would have been the appropriate response as opposed to launching the GWOT.
Twenty-five years ago, in the immediate wake of 9/11, Ron Paul did not propose doing nothing. Instead, he proposed targeting Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda rather than launching a global War on Terror. | Joshua Mawhorter mises.org/mises-wire/ron-pau…

Tennesseans are hurting, struggling to afford groceries, gas, and housing. My plan: suspend the gas tax, get rid of the tax on groceries, and ban the outside investors and cut the red tape that are driving up housing costs.

Prosperity and peace are imminently attainable for everyone in this country. We need merely to transcend the parties that keep us fighting each other, throw off the corporate and foreign influence on our government, and return to the principles laid out in our Constitution.
