URGENT PUBLIC STATEMENT ON THE DISAPPEARANCE OF IMRAN (@IU_WAKILII) “Earlier today, police officers visited my house looking for me, but I was not at home. They informed those present that the matter was urgent and that I needed to report to them. I was busy at the time and could not go immediately. After some time they left, and I assumed that was the end of it for the moment. Later, however, they returned, and the situation changed. On their return, they arrested my younger brother and towed my car. They stated that I must present myself before they would release him. Their explanation was that the car I have been driving for over two years is allegedly stolen. What makes this especially surprising is that my brother had already been using the same car for at least two to three years before I began driving it. This is not a vehicle either of us recently acquired. Yet I am now facing an allegation that has led to my younger brother’s arrest. I am making this public because I am on my way to meet the police. I believe people should be aware of what is happening, especially since my brother has been detained over a matter they say concerns me. I am going there to understand exactly what is going on and to learn the basis of the allegation. For now, I do not want to speculate or make claims about things I do not yet know.
