Across the country, thousands of truck drivers park their vehicles on highways in a shockingly careless manner. Every night hundreds of vehicles hit such dangerously parked vehicles.
In 2023 alone, 5,636 people died in India in crashes involving parked vehicles.
Next time you see a truck dangerously parked or stranded on a highway, please don’t simply drive past. Call 1033 or 112 and ask them to get it removed. That one call may save lives.

Jharkhand Minister Dipika Pandey Singh's daughter Trisha was among four people killed when the car they were travelling in rammed into a stationary truck in Jamshedpur city.
Visuals from the spot showed that the truck was parked on the right side of the four-lane highway close to the divider with a small tree branch placed in its rear, indicating that it was stranded after a breakdown and could not be moved.
However, no reflector signages were seen on the road. The car was seen in a mangled condition behind the truck.

I know people who save up to 25-30k per month in SIPs and gold, etc. but are overweight, not able to get a gym membership or a coach just because of the mindset of “let's save now we will take care of our health later”
You ask them to buy nutritious food, or something like a packet of protein; they will end up adding extra katori dal to their dinner for three days to show they care, but they don’t.
Their miser mindset has broken them to the core that they believe even their own health is less important than the fruits their money will give them in an unknown future. You know such people around you. If you are reading this, please wake up. 25 years later, your granddaughter would want to run with you in an open park. Imagine building a corpus of 10 cr where you can’t even play run with your grandkids and contemplating next knee/hip operation lying frustrated on hospital bed.

Ignore the fact that this post is by a fellow CA. But this is the most misleading thing that has been doing the rounds. PSBs are not funded by taxpayer money!!! Those days are behind us and for long!
1. There has been no infusion of capital info PSBs by the Government since FY 2022-23 (Read: sansad.in/getFile/annex/269/…)
2. Infact PSBs have been declaring healthy dividends and reducing the tax payer burden (Read: pib.gov.in/Pressreleaseshare…)
"During the same period (FY 2022–23 to FY 2024–25), net NPAs of the PSBs declined sharply from 1.24% to 0.52%, Net Profit increased from ₹1.04 lakh crore to ₹1.78 lakh crore, and dividend payouts grew from ₹20,964 crore to ₹34,990 crore."
3. The PSBs have raised money from the market (Read: pib.gov.in/PressReleasePage.…)

I bought an online course yesterday.
And honestly, I felt Cheated.
Funny, right?
I run an EdTech company myself, and here I am buying someone else's course.
It was an online course by a very famous Finance creator. I saw an Instagram ad. The marketing looked convincing, so I decided to purchase it.
Within a few minutes, I realized the course was nowhere close to what was promised.
The content was shallow, the production quality was very bad, and now I know why so many people end up losing trust in online education.
I'm 100% sure I'm never purchasing anything from that creator again.
I went to check their refund policy, and they don't offer refunds.
Now I know why. 🥲
The biggest problem in EdTech today is building trust.
Even I run an EdTech business, but we make sure we build trust with every transaction that happens on our platform.
It's been 4+ years of NamasteDev, and we've been running our business ethically, without making random false promises.
