Once tweeted and deleted that I was surprised to realise our domestic passenger volume (not per capita) has steadily hovered between 10β13m since 2011.
There has been nothing βcommon manβabout our airline industry for eons.

BREAKING: COURT SACKS UZODIMMA AS APC SENATORIAL CANDIDATE, ORDERS INEC TO PUBLISH OKOROCHA
The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered Governor Hope Uzodimma to stop presenting himself as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Imo West Senatorial District in the 2027 elections.
Justice Obiora Egwuatu ruled that former Imo Governor Rochas Okorocha won the partyβs senatorial primary held on May 18, 2026, and ordered the APC to submit his name to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for publication.
The ruling follows a legal challenge by Okorocha, who disputed INECβs recognition of Uzodimma as the partyβs candidate.

AN OPEN MANHOLE IS A DANGER TO EVERYONE. DONβT LOOK AWAY!
Public infrastructure belongs to all of us, and protecting it means protecting lives.
Do not remove, steal, or damage public infrastructure.
Do not ignore an open or uncovered manhole.
See it? Report it! One simple act of responsibility could prevent a tragic accident and save a life.
Every manhole cover serves a purpose. Every public facility deserves protection. Every life matters.
Remember: Public infrastructure is our collective property and its safety is our shared responsibility.

So kosofe has one of the highest voter populations in Nigeria? Thank God the LG is being handled to mayor. Thereβs no better time to call on mayor to step up than now, especially if we want to win that LG. @HonMayorDele, weβre counting on you!

Iβm actually of the opinion that if you want to build a solid career in the corporate world in Nigeria, Lagos is the best place to start, followed by Abuja, Port Harcourt, and perhaps Ogun State.

Go to LinkedIn.
My coworker takes a full hour for lunch every day, and last week someone told her, "Must be nice."
She walks out at 12:30 and comes back at 1:30. Everyone else eats at their desks with one hand on the mouse.
She didn't argue. She just smiled and said, "It is nice."
The next morning, a calendar invite went out to all 40 of us...

Earlier this year, I closed a $10k deal using cold emails.
And as someone who have gotten the vast majority of my clients from cold emails, hereβs a strategy that works:
First, there are two ways of doing cold emails.
1: Automated
2: Manual (personalized)
If you have a lot of money, go for the automated using softwares like instantly or smartlead.
But if youβre a beginner, the second is what you should go for.
Howβs how:
First create a new Gmail account
After that, spend two weeks warming it manually.
All you have to do is send emails to that Gmail, reply from it.
Do this everything for two weeks straight.
Now, youβre ready to send cold emails.
But it doesnβt end there, the next thing you want to do is to give that email a lil professional look.
And the easiest way to do this is to add an email signature.
Hereβs. A video showing you how to: youtu.be/X4k77veybI0?si=CoQUβ¦
Now there are two things left:
- Leads
- Offer
For the leads, I use a lady in Philippines Abi Pakistan. I pay her around $10 or less for 1k leads.
I give her the description of what I want and she scraps the list.
You can do this yourself using Apollo.
Or hire someone on fiverr like I do.
Now after getting the leads, you also want to verify it.
You can use a tool like million verifier. Itβs affordable.
After verification, you might notice that only about 70% of those leads are good. Thatβs not too bad.
So we have a Gmail, we have leads.
Now we need an offer.
This is already getting too long, I might do a part two showing the next steps.
Just lmk in the comments!

Seplat went looking for gas and found oil too, by accident.
Its Aku-01 well has an estimated 157 billion cubic feet of gas and 19 million barrels of oil in place. Seplat says the oil wasn't even part of the original plan. It holds 40% of the licence, and a second well is planned for 2027.
Meanwhile, look at what shareholders are getting. A 19 US cent dividend this quarter, 14 cents of it a special dividend. That's 40 cents so far this year.
The stock is at an all-time high of β¦16,000.10, up about 175% this year.
Most companies drill and hope.β¨
Seplat drilled for one thing and got two.

I have a lot t say but I donβt want unnecessary attention
Iβll say this though. I think as good citizens we need to do more to promote our country
Silence has allowed zombies shape the image of our nation online to the point that it has become the norm.
We have been pushing back, but we need to do more! I believe we are more than them
If Nigeria had at least 10% of the global PR that some of these countries have, no one would visit these places for a holiday.
Unfortunately for Nigeria, its citizens are the biggest demarketers. π€¦
