Its stated objective clearly spells RELIGION as a basis to file complaints against UC by OBC, SC and ST. 2. Now consider that almost all Muslims in many states are OBC. Now Jinnahs among them are unstoppable. OBC were earlier excluded but later brought and RELIGION has been included as a basis for complaints. Why? Why? 3. Consider also that since times of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, missionaries have been targeting STs and propagating hate against their original faith. A lot of people who get through ST route are no more traditional tribals. They are neo-converts and Muslims. Village after village are converted in tribal areas. Historically these missionaries have opposed even government schools and do not allow other schools to thrive in areas they dominate. Biliions are pumped for all this unlawful conversions. Now they get a free hand to destroy life of your children if their unlawful conversion activities and miracle meets are objected against. 3. This is not enough. Complaints can be filed against students AND ALSO those who seek to be enrolled! Means once your children apply, they are at mercy of conversion cartels, even if they do not get admissions. 4. Once a complaint is made, action must initiate within 24 hours. And the enquiry process can go up to 15 days + 7 days + 30 days + police enquiry + + +. The complainant has right to pursue complaint on and on to higher authority. Your child, irrespective of right or wrong complaint, will have to wake up each morning after sleepless night with fear that he and his family will be destroyed because he is UC. 5. And worst of it, no action whatsoever will be taken on complainant even if complain is found frivolous or wrong. This reminds of Alauddin Khilji era, where any Muslim could choose to force a Hindu to give all his assets to him, and clean feces for him. This is how Veer Hakikat Rai was killed. 6. UGC has already destroyed Indian education by reducing it to a low-quality bureaucracy. Now these rules are clear declaration that UC and Hinduism-loving SC, ST, OBC are not welcome in colleges. There are already provisions for caste-related atrocities. Even they need revisit to make it less draconian, a tool to be misused by Jai Bhim Jai Mim brigade and more rational. Instead we get this - Nothing less than Khilafat 2026. What government must immediately do: 1. Scrap the stupid divisive rules immediately 2. Terminate those behind this at all levels for unleashing discord within nation 3. Scrap UGC - the failed red-tape which has no worthwhile contribution in last 70 years 4. Overhaul Ministry of Education - whose performance has been dismal since independence of Bharat 5. Reorient all ministries and departments to fight unlawful conversion menace - the biggest human rights violation Bharat faces 6. Stop treating UC as criminals until proven otherwise. 7. Bharat must not allow Naxals, Jihadis, Harvards to dictate its policies.
