Some stories deserve to be told.
As someone from the Mumbai @rha_india family, this one made me pause.
A 75-year-old man, Mr. Ram Narayan, was found at Borivali station. He had lost his job, lost his only son, was walking with two sticks, and had no way to get back to his village near Banaras.
What happened next is what makes me proud of our Robins.
Robin Anjali first stopped to listen and understand his situation. Robin Vikrant took ownership, met him multiple times, verified his identity and family details, and arranged his journey home. When it was time to travel, Robin Sushmita helped coordinate support at CST, and Robin Ravindra Naidu ensured Mr. Ram Narayan safely reached his berth with food, water and everything he needed for the journey.
No one person could have done this alone.
Four Robins. Four chapters. One purpose.
This morning, Mr. Ram Narayan reached home safely.
What stands out to me is not just the kindness, but the responsibility. The team verified first, helped second, and stayed involved until they knew he had reached home safely.
In a world where we often hear about what is going wrong, stories like these remind us of what is still right.
Proud of Anjali, Vikrant, Sushmita and Ravindra. Proud of our Mumbai Robins. And grateful to be part of a community where compassion is backed by action.
