It won’t just be one AI pandemic, it will be thousands. Rolling over humanity and devastating us for the rest of human history.
If we allow AI capabilities to get to the point that they can synthesize 1 dangerous pathogen, it won’t just be one. We will have opened the gates to a future of never ending pandemics and crises, waves crashing over us.
It’s not like cyber, where a “good guy with an AI” can eventually harden the vulnerabilities at any given capability level. How do you create and distribute vaccines fast enough? What if it mutates so it can’t even be vaccinated against (we’re still dealing with COVID!). How many will die in the meantime?
It’s incredibly bleak to think about, but important to remember. Look at what’s happening with unsolved math problems. If it can do 1, it can do thousands.

Other attempts were made to prevent Nvidia from selling to foreign companies that resold to communist China, but those attempts were blocked by the far right. Nvidia is now a $5.5 trillion company.

People think the minions router being baller as a joke. But I have extensively tested it and it is one of the best possible Wifi 6E routers money can buy. Like someone at Illumination Studios was like "idk $80" and the router manufacturer was like gotchu fam.

I think the courts and legislatures should start adopting and enacting evidentiary presumptions against cops who don't have their body cams turned on during law enforcement operations. It's 2026. There should be no excuses for this.
