Saudi aircraft killed a child yesterday and another child today, with dozens of others killed since yesterday. No one cares about Saudi Arabia’s crimes in Yemen. Yemen is a poor country, and no one will talk about it.

November 2015: As rumors spread that General Qassem Soleimani had been killed in a missile strike, he appeared on camera in southern Aleppo. Standing atop a bulldozer, he delivered a victory speech after the capture of Al-Hader, Khan Tuman & over 400 km² of strategic territory.

I fully support this initiative by George. I am sick of this idpol bullshit. Kill it for good. This is how you end up with Kat Abughazaleh, John Aziz, Rahmeh Aladwan, or Khalil Sayegh. "I am literally Palestinian, let me explain why I think the US should eliminate Hamas and Iran, and why the regime change in Syria is awesome"

#Urgent: A very regrettable matter has occurred. The #Turkish parliament has approved a sham agreement under the guise of protecting Mecca, which is actually a plot by Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, Israel, and America to target Mecca. Our message to the Arab and Muslim peoples, and to the entire world: Does #Mecca matter to you? It belongs to you. You must protect it from the devilish plan to target it. #This_is_a_message_from_one_of_the_free_voices_in_the_Turkish_parliament—see_what_he_has_to_say_about_the_plot_involving_Saudi_Arabia, Israel, the US, the UK, Turkey, Pakistan, and Egypt. We were asked to approve the Mecca Agreement in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey—an agreement that could turn the Middle East into a bloodbath and protect the interests of the Saudi monarchs. I voted against this agreement. We will not be slaves to Trump or Netanyahu!

I had a Sad Year but look forward to normal Lovely hours soon, and one day I’ll be allowed to explain it all and you will understand, but for now: my friends at @ProjectMuhmmed had their literal sister murdered by the occupiers. They carry on, so do I. Please donate.
My dear brother Eyup Lovely @eyuplovely 🤍🎂 For your birthday, we wanted to give you something from our hearts. So we decided to paint our gratitude on the walls of Gaza itself. The young members of Project Mohammed painted your portrait on one of the walls still standing amid the destruction—a birthday gift from the people whose lives you have touched. Here, your voice has helped bring water to thirsty children, bread to hungry families, and meals to people exhausted by hunger. The war may have destroyed the buildings around us, but it could never erase the gratitude in our hearts. We wanted your portrait to remain here, among the people you stood beside during the most difficult days of their lives. When the children see your portrait, we want them to know: “This is Eyup—a man who may be far away, but whose heart is very close to Gaza. His voice helped bring us water and bread.” On your birthday, we hope you can feel some of the warmth you have brought into our lives. Behind every distribution you helped make possible are families who may never have met you, but who have felt your kindness in something as real as a meal shared with their children. You helped the world see and hear us. You stood beside our young team. And you gave others a reason to stand beside us too. From the children of Gaza, the young members of Project Mohammed, and the depths of our hearts: happy birthday, brother. May the year ahead bring you kindness, friendship, and many reasons to smile. Please accept this mural as a small gift of love from Gaza. Your impact will remain in our hearts—even if these walls disappear one day. 🤍🇵🇸 If you would like to celebrate Eyup’s birthday with us, help continue the work he has supported. Every donation helps us bring more water, bread, and meals to families in Gaza. Support Project Muhammed directly: chuffed.org/project/178918-h…

🧵Decision-makers in Iran must take the issue of ethnic cleansing in southern Lebanon very seriously, even more seriously than the Strait of Hormuz. ALL t fundamental books of our faith originated in Jabal Amel (especially Jezzine), making that region arguably more important…/1
Multiple Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon over the last hour including at least two airstrikes on Kfar Tebnit, as well as airstrikes targeting the outskirts of Baraachit, and Wadi al-Salouqi.

Every accusation is a confession. This map shows Sunni suicide bombings targeting Shias in Baghdad alone between 2004 and 2009.
Iran's military and its proxy militias have a long, documented history of horrific sectarian crimes against Sunni Muslims. Their crimes include massacres, ethnic cleansing, and attacking, firebombing, and destroying thousands of mosques- primarily Sunni places of worship. • In Iraq, Iranian-trained proxies operated with near-total state impunity across two massive waves of violence, destroying an estimated 200 to 300 Sunni mosques. 2006: The bombing of more than 90 Sunni mosques by Shia militias in a matter of days in Iraq. 2007: The bombing and levelling of 2 major Sunni mosques by Shia militiamen in Basra, Iraq. 2014: Musab bin Umair mosque massacre by Iran-linked Shia militias who massacred 73 worshippers and rigged secondary explosives in Diyala, Iraq. 2016: Iran-backed militias firebombed 9 Sunni mosques in Muqdadiya, Iraq. • In Syria, Iran-backed Shia militias shelled, bulldozed, and burned hundreds of Sunni mosques • In Afghanistan, Iran's Quds Force is accused of carrying out covert false-flag bombings of dozens of mosques to instigate a sectarian civil war and recruit Afghan Shia men into its militias. • In Yemen, the Houthi militias have targeted, vandalised, and destroyed between 300 and 750 Sunni mosques since capturing Sana'a in 2014. Yemeni human rights reports document over 4,800 total violations targeting places of worship. • In Iran, they are accused of false flag operations to justify brutal domestic crackdowns and inflame anti-Sunni sentiment such as the 1994 Mashhad mosque bombing operation that killed 26. This list is not exhaustive. Haqiqatjou, who once called out Iran for massacring Sunnis, has become a shameless liar. Rewriting history will never bring unity. Dodging accountability and honesty will only cement division.

“evidence is being submitted by Britain’s security agencies that neither Ammori nor her lawyers can see or contest” What can one even say
🚨BREAKING: Huda Ammori’s appeal to the Supreme Court over the ban on Palestine Action has concluded. Here’s our summary: Ammori was given permission to appeal the ban on one ground, focussing on whether it is compatible with freedom of expression and assembly. This represents the last legal opportunity to challenge the proscription in Britain, with the fate of thousands arrested for allegedly supporting Palestine Action hanging in the balance. Day one saw Ammori’s lawyers argue that the ban represents a “colossal invasion” of the rights to freedom of expression and assembly enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights. Raza Husain KC told the court that less than one percent of the group’s actions (3 in 385) over a period of five years had been classed as terrorism – even using the government’s overly broad definition. Husain said Palestine Action, unlike other proscribed groups, had sought to prevent genocide and uphold international humanitarian law. The group’s objectives were thus “aligned with rather than abhorrent to liberal democratic values”. The court also heard that Palestine Action fell “within the British tradition of direct action protest groups motivated by conscience” such as the Suffragettes, who used more extreme methods. They resorted to “fire-bombing, arson, serious property damage”, Husain said, refuting the lower court’s claim that they were pacific, and were ultimately “proven right by history”. “The uncontroverted evidence shows that [the] suffragettes, anti-war groups, environmental groups, animal rights protesters all used tactics similar to or more extreme than Palestine Action yet they were not regarded as terrorists or proscribed”, the court was told. Civil society organisations and UN experts had also “expressed deep concern at the proscription”, the court heard. A former MI6 director, Richard Barrett, had been amongst those saying in terms that “proscription goes too far”. A new argument was also introduced, with Husain raising the prospect that the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg could conclude that arrests for “supporting” Palestine Action were in “breach of convention rights”. If that happens, a broad swath of terrorism convictions could be quashed, contributing to a broader “crisis in confidence” in the UK’s terrorism laws arising from the arrests of thousands of people for holding placards. The five-judge panel in the Supreme Court, all men, expressed a general aversion to these submissions. Former British diplomat Craig Murray estimated that Ammori’s lawyers were disrupted over 100 times, making it difficult for them to develop their arguments. Outside the court, protesters held placards inspired by a tweet from Sarah Helm, wife of the UK government’s National Security Adviser Jonathan Powell. She had written “God help us authors who support Palestine and Palestine Action“ and was not arrested, but several outside the Supreme Court brandishing similar messages were. Sir James Eadie KC, acting for the home secretary, closed day one and opened day two. Eadie told the court that attempts to characterise Palestine Action “as part of a long and honourable tradition of civil disobedience on conscientious grounds” were “completely at odds” with the lower courts’ rulings. He said that such arguments have “no substance whatsoever”, later declaring Palestine Action the “antithesis of civil disobedience groups”. He went on to argue that Palestine Action incidents had involved violence (Filton) and “throwing pyrotechnics where people were being evacuated” (Thales). Eadie continued that Palestine Action’s “cell structure”, a “lack of candour” from Ammori, the group’s “escalating trajectory”, and the institutional competence vested in the home secretary, weighed in favour of upholding the proscription. Minutes ago, Husain delivered his closing statement for Ammori. He declared: “There are probably hundreds of thousands of people whose profoundly important rights of political speech, association and assembly on the most acute moral and political issue of our times - that is to say Israel’s annihilation of an already besieged and occupied people, and the role of UK-based corporate actors in that atrocity - those rights have been extinguished or interfered with”. A “closed” session will take place this afternoon, meaning evidence is being submitted by Britain’s security agencies that neither Ammori nor her lawyers can see or contest. In a statement, Ammori said: “The overwhelming evidence presented to the Supreme Court by UN experts, Amnesty International, Liberty and even the former Director of MI6 is that this dangerous and disproportionate proscription has criminalised legitimate protest as terrorism for the first time in British history, unleashing an unprecedented assault on free speech in this country”. The court is expected to reserve judgement until a later date.
