This plays well also on mobile because all calculations are done inside the canister using SIMD optimized C++ compiled to web assembly. 🧮

This so freaking cool! ... it is also fun to play, and see all the canister mechanics

🚨 STOCKFISH IS NOW RUNNING ENTIRELY ON $ICP .
Not on AWS.
Not on a traditional game server.
The open-source chess engine runs inside a single ICP C++ canister.
Even more interesting:
All 13 subnet nodes compute and agree on its moves.
Every game is permanently recorded on-chain.
This is what makes ICP different.
It's not just hosting websites.
It's running complex applications directly on-chain.

I played it last night. Lost at chess course, but it was fun. Wish I could set it to a beginner setting somehow.
Great work. 👍

Per step it's ~76k instructions, plus ~78M fixed per putt to build the green's triangle mesh. At 0.4 cycles/instruction, a median putt is ~60M cycles, about $0.00008, or ~12k putts/dollar. Every putt's receipt shows its own instruction count, and it can be re-simulated on-chain

Users prompt Claude or ChatGPT to look stuff up across apps, analyze&make meaningful changes in their accounts.
Apps are no longer (just) websites, they are memories and abilities for AI argents.
The AI agent is the glue that connects all your apps.
ICP users get this today.

Build it and they will come -> Run it all on-chain
Someone just put Stockfish, one of the world's strongest open-source chess engines, on $ICP.
The project runs a C++ chess engine inside an on-chain canister.
ICP supporters call this proof that blockchains can host real software. Critics will ask whether it can attract real users.
Who has the stronger argument?

$ICP ♾️🚨 STOCKFISH IS JUST ONE EXAMPLE. THE INTERNET COMPUTER IS ALREADY RUNNING REAL SOFTWARE ONCHAIN! 🚀
♟️ Stockfish — C++ chess engine compiled to WebAssembly.
💬 OpenChat — Fully onchain messaging with DAO governance.
🔐 OISY — Multichain wallet using Chain Fusion technology.
🤖 Caffeine — AI-generated full-stack applications.
💻 ICP Ninja — Browser-based IDE deploying executable canisters.
🧠 Kinic — AI-powered search and memory.
📊 ICP Dashboard — Network analytics sourced from onchain data.
⚙️ icpp-pro — C++ applications compiled into WebAssembly canisters.
🐘 Here’s the elephant in the room!
$ICP is not limited to token transfers or simple smart contracts.
It supports general-purpose WebAssembly execution, persistent canister memory, replicated computation, HTTPS outcalls, asynchronous messaging and cryptographically certified state.
The technical question is no longer whether substantial applications can run onchain.
They already do.
The commercial question is how many users and enterprises will adopt them.
Both questions matter, but dismissing demonstrated engineering because adoption is still developing misses the significance of the technology.
🇨🇭 $ICP — The Swiss Army Knife of Blockchain Technology!

Looks like Binance hot wallets got drained tonight. Per onchain data, Binance 14 and 16 sent ~195k ETH plus 60+ tokens to a fresh address around 20:24 UTC, and Etherscan now tags it as an exploiter. Tether and Circle reportedly froze ~$1.8B. Binance says it's investigating

88 shots. 0 holes. ⛳
Turns out our on-chain golf had no hole. A single line of C++ never cut the cup, so every ball rolled right over the flag.
Players told us. We drilled it. Old rounds still replay bit-for-bit.
